Good aroma with a fair amount of alcohol. It has a slightly sweet, refreshing taste, with a moderate acidity and a bitter taste at the end. The white label light nigorigo is also as delicious as expected. Thanks to you, Shosen-san, I can taste myself one step further.

The other day, after reading J&N's post, I really wanted to drink Ippo Mi's nigori, so I went to a liquor store in Sakai 🤣. But unfortunately, they only had one bottle of nigori 🥲. Unfortunately, they only had one bottle of nigori 🥲... so I decided to go with a bottle of sumizake 😀. Today I opened a bottle of this Sumimi-shu, which is a well-balanced sake with a solid umami and some sweetness. 🙆‍♂️ As a nigori lover, I would definitely like to try a nigori of Ippodo myself someday 😇. Today, I visited 2 temples deep in the mountains of Kawachinagano city in the south of Osaka, but I had an accident that I got lost on the way 😅. However, at the end of the tour, we went to Amano Sake brewery in Kawachinagano and bought a limited edition light nigori, sake lees cider, and a side dish made with sake lees 😇.

Hi Maru 😀 When I go to Matsusen in Sakai, I decide in advance what sake I'm going to buy and it's in the fridge in the store, so I've never been in the fridge in the back 🤣. This time my mom tried to find it for me, but I gave up because it was a bottle 😅.

Before we get into the spring sake drinking comparison, here's a little second round of filling in the map of Japan 😀. Today's sake is from Okunomi in Tokyo 😇. I'm going to open a bottle of Okunami because it's been drunk by many of the people I've become friends with at Sake-no-wa recently 🤣. The first time you open the bottle, you can feel the tangy aroma in your mouth 😀. It's my favorite 😀. The ricey flavor and sweetness from there comes rushing in and flows along with the meal 😀. It has a delicious claim to deliciousness that is not at all inferior to the Eiko Fuji, Jikin, and Imi that I compared it to 🤣. There's no end to good sake 🤣.

I was going to make this sake the first sake of my second tour in Japan 😀. For some reasons I started with Sentoku from Miyazaki 😅. I'm so glad I went out of my way to buy it 😀 I'm so glad I got it today. That's what I'm talking about! You Sake-no-wa people have sure tastes 😀. It was a nigori-style sake, a seasonal sake, which was my goal for the second round without question, and it was a delicious sake 😀. And I was even able to bring back some tasake from this store in Sakai, and I was also able to meet up with Haneya-san's wing, which I had given up on on the way to Sakai, so it was worth the trip to Sakai 😀.

Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku? The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste. I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity. The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.

It's my first time to buy at regular price. But I bought it with Teisho and Takachiyo 38... I've drunk Gohyakumangoku before, but this is the first time to drink Origarami. It has a pineapple-like sweetness and an aroma. It has a little bitterness and a quick finish. It's been a while since I drank Hanayo-yoku, but it's still delicious. The taste change is too big after opening the package, so I think it is recommended to drink it quickly. It becomes a pineapple with bitterness.

It is said that the amount of alcohol produced is quite small. The aroma is banana. It has a honey-like sweetness and a unique and distinctive flavor, ending with a strong alcohol taste and spiciness. It is a very thick and robust sake with a strong and stimulating taste at 20 degrees Celsius. It tastes different in different tanks. If you like Katano Sakura, you may like it!
