It does not have a matured feel for a hiyaoroshi, and is easy to drink👍.

The aroma and taste are very pineapple 🍍lush, tropical, and richly sweet. Bitter taste in the second half. I think it's one of the sweetest Takachiyo's.
Summer Blue is also 🍍-like, but this one tastes more like fruit. Summer Blue tastes like pineapple in syrup. 
ゆーへーIt has a moist yogurt-like lactic acidity, but also sweetness. There is also an image of mandarin oranges 🍊
The sweet and sour taste makes it perfect for summer sake.

It is a small brewery with a capacity of about 40 koku. I had no idea about it until now. Sorry 🙏.
They have three brands: Ono Sakura, Haruichibanban, and Fukamori.
The new brand is Fukamori and the label is very modern.
It seems to be dry, so I chose Haruichibanji, which seems to be sweet in terms of specs.

The rice is Hidahomare.
The rice is Hidahomare. It is lightly cloudy, sweet and sour, and you can taste the flavor of rice. It doesn't taste very modern, but it is sweeter and tastier than I expected. The last part of the bottle has a strong alcohol taste.
Sake strength is minus, but it is not as sweet as the value.
Goes well with spaghetti with mushrooms 😋.
Fukamori is more dry, but I wonder if the sake quality is more modern?
