I was very impressed with this sake when I drank it last year.
I decided to go buy it on Saturday.

It was an 8-minute walk from Hanshin Ishiyagawa Station.
I walked excitedly.
I turned right at the corner and found a cedar ball!
I thought I had arrived, but it was closed...
Gaaaahhh...
However..! Then it was time to go to the liquor store!
About 30 minutes on foot and by bus. We arrived at Senzuke Ai.
We just had it!

When I think of Aomori's sake, only Tasake comes to mind. I brought along Toyobai, which I often see here as well.
From the aroma of the bottle...it was slightly fruity, but not too assertive, so I imagined it would be a refreshing sake.
As you can imagine, the fruity taste spreads in the mouth from the mild mouthfeel 😊, from there you can feel the umami of the rice. Overall, it is not assertive and perfect as a food sake 😍It is easy to drink 🍶.
This is another badass sake 😅.
I've been encountering a lot of bad sake lately, so I'm surprised and ready for the next one 🍶.

I was curious about this brand from your post in Sake-no-wa.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was... slightly fruity, and when I took a sip, I was surprised. I felt some popping on my tongue 😱I thought it wasn't a draft sake... and checked the label again 👀.
Fire in 😱something wrong ⁉️ second sip. I can still feel a slight tinny taste 😅The taste is clean and shows the dryness for a moment.
But it's not dry. ⁉️
Muzu😱 just delicious 😋 I can say this with certainty 😊.
In the end it's all about the taste 😍
My lack of vocabulary and stupid tongue is nothing new, so I'll give up easily 😅 and just concentrate on finding good sake 🍶!

I decided to try my first brand ❗️ and brought "Banshu Ikkyo" 🍶.
Since it was a draft sake, I opened the bottle immediately!
The aroma is slightly sweet!
A sip and it's sweet and tasty, with a slight bite on the tongue 😋, followed by a moderate acidity that lingers in the throat 😊.
It is refreshing and goes on and on!
I'm about to empty the whole bottle at once💦.

The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of custard cream and golden sugar, with a hint of dried shiitake mushrooms. The strength of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is mellow. The nose is fresh and refreshing with juicy hints of acidity. It may be unusual that the order of appearance is reversed. It has a long finish with a slightly nutty and cocoa-like richness and a faint green tea-like overtone. A mellow sake. bonchiTransparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee, with sweet notes of vanilla, golden sugar, and custard cream. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is mild. The nose has a fruity sweetness and sourness, a floral note reminiscent of flowers, and a faint smell of paint thinner. I went to Fujimori for this sake for a long time!
Sake made using Nikko's sacred water as the brewing water. The top aroma is a faint ginjo aroma. When poured, it is very shwashy and slightly effervescent. The sweetness is moderate and dry. The fruity and sweet flavors are only slightly sweet. The bitterness is also strongly felt.
It doesn't look like a Hououmida, but it is a sparkling wine that can be easily matched with food.
I thought the aroma and taste were somewhat like Otters.
It has a dry, slightly dry taste with a pleasant ginjo aroma.

I went to Fujimori's for this one 😊I thought the bubbles were amazing when I poured it, not so much when I drank it 😅. 
boukenI went to Fujimori-san for the first time in a while and saw it for the first time, so I bought it. Akane label "Autumn Agari".
It's a hiyaoroshi-style sake, and it's rare that it's unpasteurized.
I wish there were more of this style 🥺.
It doesn't say anything about it, but it seems that Murayusyu's raw is unfiltered raw 🤔.
It seems to be a special junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is undisclosed.
I'm not sure if the disclosure level is too low...
It looks like muscat. It's sweet, but it's pungent and has a strong alcohol taste. It's different from what I expected 🤔It's spicier than the regular Akane label I drank a while ago. I wonder if it would be better to wait a little longer after opening it?
