Tonight is a summer sake from "Jyuseki" 🍶. Gentle from the start 😓, gentle in taste...Oh my god, it's so gentle that it feels like ❗️ summer sake ⁉️ 😅. The image of summer sake is destroyed 💦. Sourness, bitterness, sweetness.... Hmmm 😓. All mild💦. Well, it's okay, but something is missing 😅... It's good enough for drinking alone, but too mild for a food sake 😓... 😅

I had a green from "Yamazan" waiting in the fridge, and I thought it would be the only way to relieve the stress I've been feeling at work since last week 😍. Opened the bottle❗️Oh 💦I'm not feeling very energetic⤵️ like I was last week 😂. I took a sip after getting the aroma... It has a nice tartness and sweetness, and the mouth feels like it's being shaken, so it's no wonder the bottle didn't have any oomph when it was first opened 😍. It's so good 😋.

Tonight I opened the second bottle with too much energy 😱. I'm about to take the bullet train back to Osaka 💦... This is all because my daughter and her husband are coming in the evening 😅. However, she's been a good sister to me, so I'll start by thanking her 🙇. My sister has been working for 3 months, but she seems to be under a lot of stress, so she invited my sister to go to Shizuoka Gyoza (Shizuoka Gyoza) for a bullet tour. It's a super hard schedule 🗓️😅(It's nice to be young💦) So they brought us some souvenirs and invited us over for dinner to start a hurried second round. My daughter-in-law is getting into the sake swamp, and we chose "Mikotsuru" 😊. My father-in-law was scrambling to stock up on a variety of sake 💦 as it seemed he hadn't settled on a guess yet😱. Please refer to yours for the taste of the sake 🙇🙇.

Today is the day of the sea 🌊, so we will have the promised SEA🍶 from "AKABU" 😊. A bottle I brought along on Saturday's shopping trip 🍶. The brand name "Tenbi" that Mrs. Yamanouchi is interested in. I think I had drunk it before... 😅I had 💡. But my image of it at that time was that it was not as good as I expected... So this time I tried it in a different glass. I usually drink it in a wine glass, but this time I drank it in a chilled sake glass and the wife drank it in her usual wine glass 😋. The wine glasses were completely different in taste. I have learned that it is essential to change the glass depending on the quality of sake 🤣. I need to record the glass in the sake record to enjoy the taste 😅.

Today, I went out to buy alcohol 🚗 and while I was there... I chose to try "Gekkeikan Argo" 😅 which was talked about for a while 😅 a long time ago. I chose to try "Gekkeikan Argo" 🍶😊. First of all, I'll have it on the rocks as recommended. Mmmm... perfect for an introduction to Sake ⁉️ No, no 💦 it's a bit weak to feel the sake 😅. But it's sweet and easy to drink so it might be good 🥰.

Tonight was the first time to drink and it was very good. I found my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki, in the fridge, and the owner told me that there was no reason not to take me there. I found my favorite sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, 👀 so there was no reason not to bring it along with me. I was so excited to find my favorite rice, Yamada Nishiki 👀, that I knew I had to bring it with me. So I decided to try a different kind... This year's new sake is fruity 🍌🍓💦. I didn't realize it was full of acidity 😱. I said, "No💦this one..." and brought it to you 😋. When we opened the bottle, it was with a nice and energetic 'pop' sound 😊. The taste is still a definite ❗️ Sweet and fruity with a clean aftertaste! I think it's quite difficult to have a clean aftertaste if you don't feel any spiciness... It's a taste that everyone likes 😋. I think it's one that even my wife would enjoy. I've been trying to make her smell it too 🤣.

This weekend is Father's Day 🎁here The first "DAN" 🍶. It's my first time drinking Yamanashi sake😊. I'm a good father 🤣. Now, let's open the bottle. The bottle is opened with a pop! The aroma is fruity, which is a common pattern... The taste is also sweet with good acidity 😋 Well, it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity and bitterness 😱. The fruity sweetness and the refreshing aftertaste is just perfect ⤴️😍! It was a true picture of excellence 🥰.

This time we will have a different sake rice from "Mikotsuru" 🍶, which surprised us the first time we had it last time 😊. I immediately opened the bottle and started to smell it... The aroma is fruity, but not too sweet. ❤️ And then I'll have a sip 😋. It's just as I imagined it would be⤴️ Delicious ❗️ but with a clean aftertaste 😋😋😋. This is a bad one 😱. I like it better than Yamae Nishiki. I'm sure 😍. This is some badass sake I've come across 😅. I think they have other sake rice too, so I'm off to the liquor store again 🚲.

Today we opened a bottle of "Sansho" for tomorrow's pre-festival celebration 🍶. Yes, Sunday is my daughter's ground-breaking ceremony 🙏. We will pray for the safe and accidental completion of the construction work, but we will purify our bodies with purifying sake the night before 😅. The freshness of the wine was a bit muted after sitting in the fridge for so long, but it's still delicious 😍. It's not a sake you can get often due to its cost, but when you try it, it's so good, you'll want to bring it back again 🤣.

This weekend, I had to rush back to my hometown, so I took the train after work and went 🚃. It was so hot that I first quenched my thirst with a beer 🍺 and then slowly moved on to sake 😋 I chose... "Tasake" 🍶. It's getting harder and harder to find locally these days, but I was lucky enough to get some, so I wanted to taste it for myself 😋. It has a strong and clean flavor, not light but not too light, so it was a bit of a gulp type of drink 😅.

It's been a while since I've been to "Haneya" today 🍶. I noticed it when I started drinking😱. Recently I've been drinking mostly fruity 💦. Maybe it's because it's been so hot every day that my body is craving something sweet... Maybe it's just my age😅. This is not good💦. Well, it tastes good, so I'm OK with that 😋. Maybe I just like to drink alcohol after all 🤣. The taste was deliciously sweet with a clean aftertaste 😋.

On Monday, we opened our first bottle of this series... another first for us! Hyakushun" 🍶. This is the brand recommended by the owner of the liquor store when I asked him for a fruity sake. I had never heard of it or seen it before, so I took a bit of a gamble and went with him... This ❗️ is fruity and sweet at first, but it's not heavy 😋 because the aftertaste disappears quickly and nicely. It's a gulpable type ⤴️ I drank it all by myself and emptied the bottle in no time 😅. Even though it was a WEEKDAY💦. It's going to be a bad start to the week🤣.

Tonight, at the request of the wife Mutsu Hachisen. This week, it's been three months since our youngest daughter started working, so the wife came to Kobe to give a status report and to go to a steak restaurant that holds fond memories for the three of us. After going out on Saturday, we spent Sunday relaxing at home drinking at her choice🍶. We prepared the entrée and started the game early 😋. The aroma is fruity, without the sourness of summer sake... Usually I drink first, but this time it was the wife's choice, so she drank first... She was in a good mood and said "It's delicious😍" and "I love this ❤️" 😊. I'll have some after this 😋. It is indeed... delicious, light, a little sweet but not too much ❗️ Empty bottle in no time 😅 I told him to go to the local liquor store because he kept saying "delicious" over and over again 😅.

Tonight is also the first in the "Tenmei" series 🍶. I bought this bottle as a label purchase while I was choosing a gift for my wife 😊. After buying it, I checked the sake 😅. I opened the bottle at ⤴️ and the aroma was ❓....it had a delicious sweet aroma and when I drank it right away....it was delicious sweet with a slight sourness and it was a refreshing and easy to sip 😅This is an instant kill type of bottle 😅 After drinking it...nigori type ⁉️😱 Well, anything is OK as long as it's good 😅.

It's been a while since I've had a "Bida" 🍶. Dry but with a hint of sweetness 😋. It's still delicious😍! I can't bring it anywhere near me, so I end up going to the back of the fridge 😅. I'm a little reluctant to open a bottle on an empty day, but for some reason I still crave it 😍. I still have to drink it regularly 😊.

I wonder if he even knew my dad's taste ⁉️💦Thank you for the call, he said he was very confident in his choice of ❗️ Morishima 🍶, which I'm sure he's never had before 😅. I loved it 😍. Today is also my first time to visit the "Junqing" series 🍶. I dove into this newly found liquor store 😊I went in with high expectations as there were bottles of sake on display in the window of the store. The store was surprisingly small and didn't have that many sakes, but there was a large variety of sake on display, all in single bottles only😊. I stared at the fridge for a long time, and after examining which one I would like to bring, I did. I opened the bottle and started with the aroma... The aroma is slightly fruity, but it has a mature aroma. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a hint of spiciness. It is a very high standard sake as a food sake 😋.

Tonight's first issue in the series 🍶. Mikotsuru" 😊. We took them to a new liquor store we found on our way home from the liquor store. I was excited to open the bottle and smell the aroma of this new brand... I took a sip while thinking, "This is a sweet aroma👃This is a deliciously sweet type ⁉️ It's so sweet 😋It's another one that I'm sure the wife will enjoy😍... I'll have to bring her back 😅

Tonight was also the first issue of the series🍶 "Zenkichi". I brought this bottle without any information or preconceptions. I was looking forward to opening the bottle and starting from the aroma... The aroma is not that strong and dry 😅⁉️😅 And then a sip 🍶. It's a little dry and refreshing. This is perfect for a meal 😋. The aftertaste is also very spicy, and it disappears with a lingering aftertaste. I was curious and anxious about this bottle because it is a rarely seen brewery, and I had a lot of feelings about it.
