Tonight we will open a bottle of "Monochrome" 🍶 to compare it with the last "Haikara" 😊. The aroma is... totally different 😱. Mild~☺️ The taste is also...well...refreshing 😋. The aftertaste is so clear that you can't wait for the next one 😋. The aftertaste makes you want to wait for the next one 🥰. It's a gobble-yourself type 🍶🍶. It is a drink that you can finish in a flash, but it is still clear and refreshing from the beginning to the end. It's so clear and refreshing that you can keep drinking! It's not that it's leaning anywhere. It was a well-balanced sake with a good overall balance 😋.

Tonight we will have "Sotogahama" Haikara🍶 made by a young master brewer from the Tasake brewery😊. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It's very sweet and delicious. The taste is just as I imagined it would be... deliciously sweet and smooth 😱. I can't wait to compare it with the other monochrome 😋.

Sometimes local sake ❗️ I don't have Okayama love ❤️ for sake... 🤣 First sake in the "Taisho no Tsuru" series 🍶. Again, my preconceived image is that Okayama sake is mostly classic ❗️ In fact... The aroma is more mature, the taste is clean and not so much classic ⁉️ 💦, but as you drink it, the classic feeling gradually peeks out from the aftertaste 😅. I left it out of the fridge to change the temperature range a bit, but the flavor didn't change that much and it was still a bit heavy 🤣.

She chose this sake because it goes well with Obanzai. It was his first birthday at home since he started drinking sake 🎉. Tonight is the eve of the festival... Shinshu Kamerei" was the wife's choice 🍶. Since I am the one who usually chooses the sake, I left it to her to choose the sake for the eve of the festival and on the day of the event. I will have it without asking the reason for the choice. This is the first time I've had this sake this year. I was so surprised at how good it was that I did some research and found out that there are other sake rice varieties available.... Tonight is my birthday countdown (2), so I will be having "Tasake" 🍶😊. I had been preparing my body for this day by abstaining from alcohol for the countdown (5), (4) and (3). (I wonder how many years it has been since I have abstained from drinking for 3 days😅) My body wants it 🍶(not in ○○😅) I will open the bottle immediately 😋. I imagined it to be fruity because the sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi, but... It is fruity 😍. And yet, the taste is refreshing ← this is a bad boy 😱. So ❗️ I drank it all in one gulp 😱 My liver feels well rested and I'm still waiting for the reception 😌, but I'll hold off on the pre-eve and get in even better shape for tomorrow's eve and the day after the main event 😋😋.

I was hesitant to open the bottle because I had to time it right, but with the new sake season approaching, I decided it was time to open the bottle 😋. Needless to say, the taste is great... but if you look closely at the bottle 👀 The words "Fire-brewed" 😱. No wonder 💦. No wonder it was a bit on the mild side 😅 Still, it's a good one 😍. It seems to have gained momentum😅. The third bottle tonight was OCEAN99🍶, which is also my son-in-law's favorite "Sono Kangiku" and his wife is interested in. My son-in-law seems to prefer the general ⁉️ type of Sono Kangiku, The wife is a fan of the OCEAN series, and they are a bit of a pain in the ass 🤣... Tonight, I chose the OCEAN series and will open the bottle with momentum. The aroma is... fruity 🥰. The taste is... surprisingly not as sweet as the aroma suggests, but a gentle sweetness. Both of us were unanimous in saying "Unmai"...it was worth bringing along 😌. As a matter of course, it turned into an empty bottle 🫣. Everyone was feeling drunk, even though we drank quite a bit, and it was a delicious drinking party 🥰. I'll have to consider my choice of drinks for the next drinking contest 💦.

The second bottle for comparison is the same Kaze no Mori" Yamadanishiki 🍶. This one also has a fruity aroma, but the taste is even more clean, dry and sharp than the previous Omachi 😊. But the difference can only be seen when you compare the two... the Omachi was also very clean and dry, but when I had this Yamada Nishiki, I noticed that the Omachi has a sweeter finish than the Yamada Nishiki 😅. The dryness of this wine does not interfere with the food, and I was surprised when the bottle was emptied in no time 😊. I was also surprised that the empty bottle was not low in alcohol 😱 but it was so refreshing that I didn't get tired of drinking it and ended up drinking more and more sake 🤣.

Tonight, our daughter and her husband will join us. We will compare the wine with my son-in-law's favorite "Kaze no Mori" 🍶😋. We found a local liquor store that we can take them to 💡. I immediately contacted my daughter and she replied in a second that she would love to join the event 🤣. We immediately opened the bottle and started the comparison. Mild yet fruity aroma 🥰Taste is different from the aroma, it tastes clean and refreshing ❗️ This is a perfect expression, it's a very drinkable one 🤣. Oh no 💦 I'm going to finish it in no time, so I'm going to switch and open another bottle for comparison 😅.

I chose "Yamazan" tonight as I really wanted to recommend it to the wife... but the word "light nigori" made her take about two steps back 💦she couldn't open the bottle by herself, so I opened it tonight😅. I was a bit nervous about it because I remember a previous bottle of Usunigori that didn't fit our family at all... but she didn't trust me when I said "this one is fine ❗️ recommended" and so I opened it tonight😅. The first word on opening the bottle was... I thought "I told you this might be good ⁉️" 😒... But then I tried it and it was "Delicious😍"... I told you so ❗️ I had this while having this troublesome exchange 😅. The fruity aroma and clean taste made me empty the bottle at once💦. I'm sure your wife shared the same feeling 😅.

Today's local sake after a long absence 🍶. First time for a brand series "Tagaji"! We have a big banner in our store to promote our local liquor store, but this is the first time we are going to take you there 😅. The taste changes when you change the glass to an inokuchi (cup), which also gives it a "nice" taste 😍. Originally, I wanted to do a comparison. I was going to bring Omachi rice and Yamada Nishiki, but... But we were too late and the Yamadanishiki was not able to be served 🥲. The aroma is so fruity and quintessential Omine-san ❗️ that it is hard to believe it is 3 days after opening the bottle 😋. I felt it was a little bit sticky, but the wife said it was momantai 😅. It's still tasty even after many days of use. ❗️

It's been a while since I posted this: ⁉️ It's been a day since I drank it and I almost forgot how it tastes 😅 I went to a liquor store to try another Ryoseki brewery's brand, but... I didn't find the one I was looking for... 🥲I went for "Suitama" from the same brewery. I took him to try "Suitama" (🍶) from the same brewery... Expectations were raised by the fact that it was Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki ⤴️😋... I'll open the bottle right away 😁. The aroma is fruity 😍If you take a sip from the aroma you can't go wrong... The sweet aroma escapes through the nose, yet the taste is light and refreshing 😋. It was one of those bottles that transforms easily into an empty bottle without getting tired of drinking 🥰.

Tonight, we will be having "Nozomu" (🍶) for the first time in a while. It's a selfish image, but...Nozomu-san has a clean and habit-free image. With this in mind, I opened the bottle. Aroma....I imagine it to have a clean and dry taste before drinking 😅. Then I took a sip! I knew it would be ❗️ refreshing 😍and... a little dry ⁉️ no it's not spicy, it's dry and refreshing 😋. Yes, this word is the best fit for me! I'm going to finish it in a flash 💦. I'll stop now 🤣

A bottle to commemorate your visit to Ise-san I got a bottle of Hiyadoroshi that I couldn't bring last year 🍶. I got a bottle of Hiyayogoroshi which I couldn't bring last year 😊. I often open a bottle in the pattern of wanting to drink a brand I've already had 😅. Saku's aroma is fruity and stable even though it's fire-roasted 😊. The first sip is refreshing while the right amount of sweetness and umami spreads in the mouth😍. Really good ❗️ I'll leave the comments on the taste for now. This time, I got a taste distribution map of "Saku" during my visit to liquor stores in Mie, and upon closer inspection... I was reminded once again of my stupid tongue that tasted the same in all of them 🤣.

The third installment of the series that I forgot to post due to hard work is Gagakuyo! It's been a while since I've been with ⁉️, so I'll open the bottle right away 🤣. Oh, so refreshing! No bitterness. Goes down your throat easily! This is delicious 😋! Garakudai is safe and stable 😊. It's the kind of bottle that challenges you in many ways and brings you back 😊.

Followed by the second one We don't neglect our sake activities even when we are busy ❗️😁 First brand series in a long time! Autumn Sake by "Beian Daikoku" 🍶. Is this true of autumn sake as a whole? The aroma is mild and quiet. The taste is... As expected, it is refreshing 😋. It's so generic that it ends up being unimpressive and described as 'normal' 😅.
