Today's nigori by Gagakuyo: ⁉️🍶 I'll have some without hesitation 😋. The aroma is... mild. A little from the top... Dry and refreshing! It's good enough on its own 😋. Next, after a thorough stirring... Deliciously sweet with just the right amount of acidity The overall balance is perfect. Oh man💦... This one will be empty in no time 😱. Restraint is the key today ✋. It's a badass type that has low al ⁉️ and can be consumed all at once 😅. I've been trying to get as much "nigori-style" sake as possible in this series, and this is the best one so far 😍.

This is another one that was sitting in the fridge under the influence of the wife's sobriety. This is one that was sitting in the fridge 😅. It's a sour wine in the vein of the last Red Dragonfly 💦. This one is a white wine 😋. It really tastes like sake⁉️! 🙆In a good way, of course. I know Mida-san is delicious...but I feel it's delicious again 😋.

Unpublished Part 2 Senkou" Red Dragonfly 🍶. This is another bottle that has been in the fridge for a long time waiting for its turn 😅. First bottle of Akatombo! I'll have it right away 😋. The aroma is more mature and you can feel the refreshing sensation 🤪←Heaven forbid ⁉️ Oh, it's delicious 😋! Just the right amount of acidity to refresh the palate. Very well balanced👍 I was just drinking it because I felt it was so good ❗️ that I forgot the details 😅💦. It's really refreshing and tasty. Empty bottle in no time... No wonder ⁉️

I'll upload this week's unposted 😅 Monday is... "Tasake" 🍶. I had brought this in the fall, but it was sitting in the fridge since the wife had a prolonged period of sobriety 😅. I'm not sure about the storage condition 💦, The aroma is fruity 👃. The taste is sweet and refreshing. This is a badass 🤣. It's getting harder and harder to bring rice wine to the table, but it's still one I'd like to have on a regular basis 😋. I finished it in one night by myself😅

Today we started out early in the morning to see the late autumn leaves 🍁. After a quick tour of the area, we drove around to our first store and got some sake 😍. On the way home, we stopped at a store and got a bottle of "Takachiyo", a favorite of the wife 🆕🍶. I'll have some right away 😋. The aroma is moderate but fruity 😋It's a little sweet for me, but it seems to be just right for the wife and she drinks it with a smile on her face😅. I was finishing up the empty bottle in one fell swoop due to my new sobriety 🤣. I'll have to consult with my fridge capacity to get some before I go back home at the end of the year 🤣.

I took Thursday as a rest day for the company's year-end party on the weekend, so I had a big dinner last night 🍶🤣. My eldest daughter is coming to visit my second daughter today, so I was asked to bring my purse and join them for the night... My wife came along for the ride 😅. After the party, we gave her some souvenirs and she left 🚄 and we were on our way home 🚃. We felt a little short and decided to have some 🍶... The wife chose a bottle of "Yamano Kotobuki" 🍶 from the fridge. If you look at it carefully... there are traces of having drunk it 🤣. Well, it was the first time for her to drink sake, but it had been a long time since she had had sake 😅. Maybe it wasn't to her taste 🤣⁉️🤣

The third unposted item is Insta-live came streaming in. I was curious about this one. First brand "Nakanori-san" 🍶. I can't open the lid 😅it spills 💦 finally opened the bottle after opening and closing it a few times 🤣. It's a carbonated sake that's beyond shwashy😅. Tastes like green apple 🍏 just like the installation. It has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness, and if you look closely 👀 the alcohol content is 9°, it's also a badass drink that can be consumed all at once 🤣.

The second unposted item is... I've been drinking "Urasato" 🍶 frequently lately. I don't know... for some reason, I'm curious about this brewery, and the store where I buy it has a lot of different kinds, so I wanted to try them all 😋. This one is also refreshingly dry. Excellent as a food sake😊. I found myself with an empty bottle 😱. Oh no 💦. It was a bottle that was easy to drink 😋.

Uploading another accumulated post 📱. I was there to get a certain brand...but it's not there😱. I called the day before and they said they had it 📱... 🥲. It sells that well⁉️💦. That's why I took you to I took you to "Yuki no Mayu" 🍶. After drinking, I looked at my photo list and 👀 the one I was drinking 🤣. I'm not sure if I'm getting everything right 😅. It's been a while since I've tasted it... A little more acidic than I'd like. But overall, it was clean, well-balanced and easy to drink 😋.

After a day off from drinking on Thursday, we had Mutsu Hachisen on a Friday night. At this time of the year, there is a parade of unpasteurized sake that comes out at a pace that my refrigerator and I cannot keep up with. If I don't aim for some of it, I often find myself in the pattern of running out of sake, which often lowers the tension of the drink 😋😋. Mutsu Hachisen's Natsu-Gin was delicious, so I'll have it with higher expectations 😋. It's refreshing and gentle on the palate with a crisp finish 😊. To put it simply, it's "delicious" 😅.

The previous day's bottle of "Tenbi" was emptied quickly and easily, so the next one was Morishima" which I had for the first time in the previous season and became a favorite of mine at once. I think I may have drunk the most Morishima in the previous season, but I think it is the best sake 😋. I thought I would bring some for my wife as well. I made my wife bring it home as a souvenir from this expedition... Today, after a doctor's appointment at the hospital, the medication (💊) was temporarily suspended, and we both drank "Morishima" remotely 🍶 for the first time in a month without drinking. It was a strange feeling, but I took it as a side dish with my impression of the recommended sake 🥰. The taste is a bit angular. The taste was a bit sharp, but after the second day it mellows out and is delicious 😋. The wife also raved about it on the second day, and by the third day, it had gained momentum and she emptied the bottle 😱. It's a very fast brewing wine 💦.

Back to the daily routine after the wife's visit to Osaka. I'm going to upload all the unposted drinks I've accumulated from drinking alone 😅. First of all, "Amami"'s nigori sake! I brought along this new season's sake with me with a conscious decision to have a nigori type sake. I opened the bottle and smelled the aroma... Mature and refreshing! The taste is a little bit different from the other sakes, but I will not forget to start with the top clear liquid. It is refreshing and in many ways, right in the middle 🎯. It's also the same in many ways 🎯 even after mixing the nigori 😋. It's the kind of thing you can easily go for because it doesn't have any peculiarities 😅.

On the second day in Osaka, I went to a liquor store while the youngest daughter and I strolled around town. Since we were in town today, we decided to have a simple nabe (hot pot) for dinner! I even went shopping on the way home from the liquor store 🤣. Tonight we are having... Mrs. Ona's choice! I guess last night gave him some momentum. ⁉️ He declared himself "It's okay for today at least" 🤣. A sip for your enjoyment! He looks reluctant to drink sake 😅. Then I'll have a sip too 😋. Well, it does have a bit of a sake taste..." 😋. I thought it was because it had been a while since I had tasted it, I was convinced on my own, but before I knew it, I found myself drinking more and more 😱. I'm afraid I'm used to ⁉️💦. Well, it was delicious 😋😋😋.

Today my wife came to Osaka and we had dinner 🍴 with our youngest daughter for the first time in a while. She is on medication and sober. I was very patient this time 🤣. It was a little awkward to have it in front of her, but she assured me that it was fine, so I'll take it without hesitation 🍶. There were several varieties in the fridge at the store, but I went with my gut 😅. The aroma... well, it's not fruity 😅. The taste changes from robust to refreshing with a hint of spiciness.... It was different from my imagination, but as I drank it, I got used to the taste and the refreshing feeling made me drink faster 😅I almost emptied the bottle by myself. By the way...my wife had a sip too ←I'm sober now 🤣.

Tonight is the first "Shichida" in a long time 🍶. And it's the first time for me to drink it raw. I can't wait to drink it with my companion. I couldn't wait to open the bottle 😊. The aroma, well, it's the same Shichida I've been drinking until now 😊. The taste...oh, it feels pretty dry 😋. I forgot what it tasted like before because it's been so long 🤣. I've been shifting to sweet and savory lately. My taste buds have shifted to that direction: ⁉️ It was a night when I rediscovered the deliciousness of the spicy and umami type 😍. I felt that I need to maintain a good balance of drinks to maintain a wide range of taste sensations 💦🤣.

Another First Issue Series Koshi" 🍶. I have been interested in this brand for a long time, but I have never seen it in my area. The moment I found it, I immediately decided to take it with me 🥰. I was reluctant to take it out of the fridge, I finally decided to open the bottle 😋. The aroma is... dry and mature... The taste I was looking forward to 😋. Just like the aroma, it was dry and gassy, and disappeared without a trace. The fact that the previous one was sweeter made the pleasant crispness stand out even more 😋.

Today's first brand and first Tokushima sake Miyoshigiku"! It takes a lot of courage to bring someone with almost no prior information about the sake, but since it's a rarely seen Tokushima sake, I took the courage to bring him along 🤣. I was curious and opened the bottle immediately 💡. The aroma is... sweet and full of fragrance. It smells like strawberries 🍓 like tropicals....................................even my stupid nose can smell it intensely 😊If anything it might be the best ever 😅. Can't wait to taste it 😋. The mouth is filled with a sour taste from as sweet as a hamburger master! The aftertaste is also strawberry like... but more tropical 😅⁉️😅 It's like a combination of sweetness and sourness 😊. A little too sweet, but better than de classique 🤣. Best to finish it on the same day instead of letting it sit 😋.

Today I'm going to take a little cue from you guys and exercise before I get a drink ❗️, so exercise that works for me...😔 That's right 💡 I'm off on a 🚲 to explore a new liquor store. Cycling 🚴 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes one way to feel the wind and get a good cardio workout 😆. There were quite a few sake products I wanted to take with me to a new liquor store, and after much worrying, I packed a few bottles in my backpack🎒... The way there was good, but the way back... 😫 I came home feeling long 🤣. I was so tired that I had to go back to the hotel. It's an elegant bottle with umami and a hint of sweetness, with a slight hint of spiciness that quickly fades away 🥰.

New sake is starting to appear here and there, so the refrigerator is ready to welcome them! So, we had a bottle of Mikotsuru's nama-zake. Needless to say, the aroma and taste are stable and delicious! The sweetness of the sake varies depending on the rice used... but this "Hitogokochi" has a refreshing umami taste that fits perfectly with any meal. It's a perfect match for any meal. I can't wait for this year's new sake 🥰.

I have a feeling that the first brand series is back 😋. Haginotsuru" 🍶. I brought this bottle with the intention of drinking a little more "nigori" sake during the new sake season 😊. I feel like I'm starting to understand sake a little bit more now 🤣. I took it with me on a 😅 ride 🚲 with a cellotape lid because it has a cap with a hole in it. First of all, the aroma... Mature ⁉️ The top clearings should be... 💦I mixed it up😱Well, never mind... let's drink it 😋. I checked the label later... The sweetness, umami, and acidity really come together like a gradation 😊. It's delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.... But... the second day was not good 😱😱😱. Sweet~~~(hamburger master) The second day was a bit too much 🤣.
