It's been a while since I've been to "Saku" 🍶. I have not had a chance to bring you this wine for a long time, but I wanted to drink it after a long time. I will open the bottle right away 😋. Hmmm ❗️ the aroma is so fruity 🥰I won't betray you with any kind 😊. As for the taste... It glides in smoothly. Smooth😋. Slightly more alcoholic than my usual crop 😅. But it's delicious at different temperatures 😋. The second day, it seems to be more mellow. This one is more to my liking 🥰.

The fact that it's low al helps too, I found myself with an empty bottle 😱😱😱. Well, tomorrow is my day off too so I guess it's ok😅 The sweetness comes forward a little as the temperature rises, but overall it was a refreshing bottle 😋.

Revival of the First Brand Series Yu Mura" 🍶. I don't mean to be rude but... I brought it along somehow😅. I opened the bottle thinking it would be a classic type from the label, As I expected ⁉️, the aroma is mature, and I take a sip while feeling a little bit of alcohol. I'm not sure what to expect 😋. The taste is surprisingly mild, not classic at all, but not fruity either, just clear 😊. Maybe that's why... it's so easy to drink 😋. If you can drink it so easily, you'll have an empty bottle in no time 😁, and it's delicious 😍.

This time I said I was going to compare drinks 🍶. Today I was trying to match Sushi🍣 with Hitakami🍶, and my wife was giving me a 'enough is enough' feeling, so I decided to give her... I opened a bottle of "AKABU"'s seasonal sake! I also had one cup 😋. The aroma is mild and the taste is mild. It's a different taste from AKABU's standard sake. Mrs. Kai likes both sweet and fruity AKABU and clear and refreshing AKABU 😅. After all, if it's AKABU, it must be 🆗🤣. I'll have to make a plan to bring her some more seasonal sake 💦.

Tonight's first issue of the series 🍶 is from The first sake series tonight 🍶🍶 is "HITAKAMI". So we'll be having sushi with it. Hidakami means sushi 🍶. Sushi means Sushi 🍣 and Sushi means Hitakami 🍶. Let's start with the sushi 😋. It's dry and refreshing... but... But the matching with sushi is... 😅 It's delicious, but I'm not sure if it's a great match 🤣. Too strong an image 💦. Sake alone was good enough 😋. I don't feel like I have to match it with sushi 😁.

The second bottle to enjoy the second day is "Musical Instrument Masamune" 🍶. This one was my favorite and the one I chose to pair with this project 😊. Open the bottle immediately! Fruity aroma, but the taste is refreshing 🍶, The taste is refreshing 😋. Hmm💦It's similar to the Yamazan I mentioned earlier: ⁉️ I know that's a bit broad, but... Fruity aroma, but the taste is clean and not too sweet. A pairing that just happens to be quite fitting 😁. The taste was very different from what we were looking for, but it was a great success and a good project to broaden our family's drinking style from a one-size-fits-all style to a more active drinking style 😍. However...if you do this again in the future I will have to worry more about my fridge and wallet 🤣🤣.

Finally caught up on posting: ☺️ Tonight was my first "Oomine" 🍶 in a while. I've been craving something sweet and tasty 😋. I'm not sure if I'm keeping up with the seasonality at all. Well, it's OK as long as I can drink sake that tastes good... ☺️ Oomine is delicious 😋😋. I was expecting Aizan to be a bit sour, but I didn't notice any sourness at all 😍 It was one that made me want to compare hiyaoroshi Yamadanishiki and Omachi 🥰.

Tonight is "Abukuma" 🍶. I wasn't planning to take you this time... When we went to the liquor store, the fridge was lonely, probably due to the Obon holiday 😩. And they have mainly sake bottles and not so many Yong bottles 🤣. After pondering what to do 💦, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo regardless of the brand 😅. The aroma is mature, but the flavor is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink 😍. We enjoyed it very much!

Tonight's sake is "Gokotsuru's" recent favorite, "Gohyakumangoku". Starting with the fruity type, it finally moved to the dry type! I'll have some right away. The aroma is refreshing and mature, but because it is dry, you can imagine the spiciness of ⁉️ 😋. One sip 🍶. It's ❗️ dry and refreshing! I guess it's dry... I'd say it's more like "refreshing"... It's delicious, but I think Gokotsuru's fruity style is more to my liking 😍.

First day back at work, I'm air conditioner sick. The heat was so hot that it completely drained my energy 😩 and I came home exhausted I came home exhausted㍇. I opened a bottle of "Yokoyama" Summer Jungin (summer jungin) before preparing dinner. It's refreshingly dry and perfect for a quick drink 🥰. Too bad it was too hot to keep it chilled in the fridge 😢. It would have been better if I could have cooled down from the inside with a nice cold "Yokoyama" 😂.

We will open the bottle immediately 🥂. The aroma is fruity. But the taste is mild and slightly sweet ⁉️😅 and it has a clean aftertaste (surprisingly dry). I feel like it's a bit of a dry wine 😋😋. The sake we prepared for the summer party turned into empty bottles, and the empty bottle storage in the meeting place was lined up with many empty bottles that we consumed at home🤣. We need to get back to normal and prepare to welcome autumn sake into our now completely empty fridge 😋.

The second bottle on the last day of the party Otters" 🍶. It's a little bit expensive, but we brought it along because the wife was a little curious about this one 😊. Otters are a contradiction in terms. I still vividly remember a TV show where the president of the company was trying to guess which water was from the company's groundwater and which water was from a water purifier 🎯 and he got it right 100 times 😁. I wasn't even interested in sake at the time, but I can only admire his foresight if he was able to create the taste we have today back then 😊. There are many kinds of Otters, and I would like to try many different kinds, but the cost is not worth it, so I would like to take you there when I have something special 🤣.

Tonight, we will open a bottle of Ocean99 from our daughter and son-in-law's Okini "Sohno-Kangiku". To be honest, I don't remember much about it 😅The aroma was fruity and the mouthfeel was fruity, but it was easy to drink and went down smoothly. I had several kinds of Kangiku, but this one was the best in my opinion 😋. I would like to try the other Ocean series 😍.

The second bottle of the fruity connection is The second bottle in the fruity connection is "Sairai" 🍶. I brought this bottle for my daughter and her husband when they stopped by the liquor store on their shopping tour. Needless to say, the aroma and taste are It's a fruity, sweet and tasty wine with no aftertaste. It was so good that we emptied the bottle in no time 😊.

The second bottle on the third night of the party Shichida" 🍶. It has been a long time since we have had a Shichida, and it is rare to have a Junmai Ginjo 😊. The aroma was very different from the previous Shinshu Kamerei, giving it a refreshingly dry feeling. And when I had it right away... it was just as I imagined it would be. ❗️ The aftertaste also flows smoothly, so it's the kind of thing you can drink in a gulp! It was the third night of the party where we enjoyed both ends of the flavor spectrum, the sweet and fruity type and the dry and refreshing type 😋.
