Good evening, Ao-chan. Kameiman was said to be the southernmost brewery in Japan when I started working (about 40 years ago). It is popular among fans even in my home prefecture of Kumamoto. If you have a chance, I recommend the +9 (Sake degree +9) or something like that.

It's called POKI-YA, which is a sake-only restaurant rented during the regular closing days of a yakitori restaurant called Kushi-7.
The first drink after quenching your thirst with HI-RIKI is the highly recommended Z, which is a rare treat!
It was so good I felt like I was drinking water😍.

This is one of the recommended bottles! They said it was purchased on Sado Island in Niigata 😊 I wonder if it's limited to the brewery, which means you have to go to Sado Island to drink it? Precious 🧐.
