あおちゃんWe are drinking outside ♫🎶.
The second drink at Pokiya was KAMEMAN!
Kameman was previously purchased by bouken in Kyoto 😊.
It was delicious but difficult to taste 😅
Seared stingray fillet and 👌 AAJIGood evening, Ao-chan. Kameiman was said to be the southernmost brewery in Japan when I started working (about 40 years ago). It is popular among fans even in my home prefecture of Kumamoto. If you have a chance, I recommend the +9 (Sake degree +9) or something like that. あおちゃんAAJI, good evening...
40 years ago you were the southernmost brewery 😊.
I am the same age as AAJI 😅
I'll buy it when I see it ➕9 since there's a new store in my neighborhood recently 😊.
boukenPurchased at the liquor store where I met up with Ao the day I met her.
I haven't had Kameyama sake at home since I bought a bottle of red rice sake at Yodobashi a long time ago.
The top aroma is a little floral. Fresh and slightly effervescent. The impression is of banana-like sweetness and a bit of dryness that converges with bitterness. It is more beautiful than I expected.
The balance of sweet and spicy is very good.
I would like to try many other KAMEMAN sakes! ジャイヴHello bouken!
I had Kameman at an izakaya in Kyoto before, but the guy at the store was from Kumamoto and seemed to send it from his hometown, so it looks like they've got their hands full with this one ✨. ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken🦉.
I thought it was a classic type from the label, but it looks easy to drink! Makes me want to drink it all of a sudden😊.
I wish there were a few less people on the Sanin line 😂. boukenMr. Gyve, good evening 🌃
You drank the dry PLUS 9 😊.
I found another store in Kyoto that ordered KAMEMAN from Kumamoto, so it seems to be in high demand in Kyoto 🤔. boukenGood evening, Ponchan.
I think this sake has a very good balance with modernity 😃If you want sweetness, it would be better to open it freshly because of the difference of impression when I tasted it 🤔. boukenI heard there is a bus from Enmachi to Kyoto station, but I wonder if it will be crowded from Kyoto station 🤔. boukenI went to a liquor store in Kyoto because they had started handling Kameman!
The owner gave us a detailed explanation and how he came to handle it, and allowed us to taste it!
The Junmai Ginjo was different from what I expected, with a smooth and clean taste. The Junmai Ginjo was different from what I expected, being smooth and clean.
He opened the unopened bottle of Junmai Ginjo for us!
I was hesitant, but I bought the Nama-Harajiku, which I had originally planned to buy 😁.
At the store, Ao and I met up with Ao and decided to hang out in Kyoto City. やす☆The first KAMEMAN. It is fresh and has the gutsy flavor of unfiltered raw sake. tomoさんKumamoto New Sake Festival 2024
I participated in the Kumamoto New Sake Festival held every March with my colleagues 🍶.
Seven breweries that are members of the sake brewers association in Kumamoto Prefecture were participating.
Unfortunately, the most popular one in Kumamoto, Hana-no-Kou, did not participate🥲, even though they were at the new sake festival in Hakata😢.
Drink tickets🎫1 set of 3 tickets for 1200 yen.
One ticket is exchanged for 5 shaku of sake (two tickets for the more expensive ones).
I chose Kameman's nigori sake, Taido, and Hanasetsu.
First, the nigori sake.
I thought it would be thick with a lot of rice grains left, but the alcohol taste at the end made me feel refreshed.
It was quite tasty and went well with the fried chicken. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
