I'm drinking at home🎶🎶.
It's been a while ☔️ 🚌 to visit liquor stores near Kyoto station🚶♂️➡️
From Isetan sake department to Takimoto to Daimaru sake department to Vinos Yamazaki 🚶♂️➡️
Gokotsuru's Miyamanishiki purchased at Daimaru, piquant, smooth and delicious 😋.
I like Miyamanishiki sake 😋 I don't know much about sake rice though 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌝.
I bought this at Daimaru! I went there without any expectation 😅 There were some kinds of purple space in addition to Mikotsuru!
I've been overweight lately 🤣.
Jay and Nobby, good evening😊.
I know, right? Brewed with Miyamanishiki, it's very smooth and delicious 😆.
I could be wrong💦.
I also like Dewa Sanzan 😆.
Sour Taste

We are proud of this product, which is brewed slowly at low temperature using only rice and koji, with "Celebration" sake rice, which is a grain rice, as the koji rice and "Kyo no Kiraki" as the kake rice. It is characterized by a light, elegant flavor with depth.
Rice Source : Celebration rice (Koji), Kyo no Kiraki (Kake rice)
Alcoholic Beverage : 16
Rice polishing ratio:40
Sake meter rating: +1.0
Slightly dry
Drinking at home🎵
I found Mikotsuru at a department store 🏬 on my way for a walk.
I remember I had a different sake rice before and it was delicious 😊.
I think of Nagano sake as having to drink Hitogokkyo 😁.
It is also delicious 😋.
It has a slightly sweet aroma and is as smooth and easy to drink as water! Amino acid or glutamic acid? Glutamic acid? A little bitterness 😍 16% alcohol by volume? Don't drink too much ⚠️
I paired it with a Sasaki Sake Cheesecake that a friend gave me, but I'm not sure if it would go well with sake, sake, sake 😰.
Good evening, Ao-chan 😃.
Gokotsuru is good 🤤.
I also want to drink Nagano sake when I see Hitogokochi, Yamane Nishiki, Kinmon Nishiki 😅.
It goes well with cheesecake...don't you think? I wonder if it would go well with a heated sake 🤔.
Good evening, Mr. Aladdin. ♪
Yes, it is! Kinmon-nishiki is also!
Shinshu Kamerei and Kawanakajima Genmai have it too 😁.
Cheese and sake are not for me 😭
I'll have to try it next time 😁! I'll try it next time 😁.
Aochan Good evening 🦉.
I see that Daimaru-san sells Mico-chan 😳I'm going to patrol there next time 😆.
Does this cheesecake taste like alcohol? I'd like to try it 😻It's a difficult pairing 💦.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃
They sometimes have them at Daimaru! More often than not they don't have them 😰 I'll let you know if I see them 😁.
Is the cheesecake sake? Sake or sake lees? It was like sake or sakekasu 😁 Pairing is really difficult 🤨.
Hi Ao 😃
You lined up with Shinshu sake 🍶🤗.
Our review we had before said it was a thick fruit juice🍹😋.
I think there is a sake that goes well with cheese🧀... but it's hard to find!
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😃.
We're lined up 😁.
Is it a thick fruit juice?
I've been on a bit of a sweet streak lately so it felt even sweeter 😰.
I'm feeling selfish and want to drink a dry one next time 🤣.
Mysterious sake that I have only seen in Kyoto Daimaru.
The label is simple and classic, not unlike that of Laughing Four Seasons.
I think it is a project of the sake brewers' association or something, because it has the same label and is sold at the same price (less than 1000 yen) from various breweries. Many other breweries also use simple labels.
Muscat-like flavor. Slightly refreshing. There is a yogurt-like nuance. Tastier than expected.
I searched for it and found that it had a strong sense of aging, but it didn't have it at all.
The specs on the back label say "processor", so I guess they don't brew their own, just bottle and add water.
I think they are only bottling and adding water.
Does anyone know the details?
Good morning Rafa 😃
I've been wondering about this for a while, but I feel the darkness and dark side of the sake industry in the notation "processor" 😐.
I looked online and found that a company called Omi Umaimon-ya offers Laughing Shiki, Mifuku, Asakayu, etc. all in green bottles with the same white label and Omi local sake sticker 🙄 Maybe the sake brewers association makes them as souvenirs or for cheap mail-order 🤔.
Hello bouken🤗
There is no mention of when it was bottled on the back label and it's 60% polished, so I guess the sake quality is designed and outsourced to another company as part of the project (appropriate).
Ponchan, there were a few other breweries lined up at Daimaru as well. I remember it was probably around Asakayou or Kamikai 🤔 I happen to remember lol Shiki tasted moderately good, but the others I'm afraid to buy 😅.
Hi Rigel 😃
Thank you for your 100 point answer, Director of Laughing Four Seasons 😆.
I feel your reasoning is correct as the quality of the sake does not deviate from the image. It was similar to the retro-labeled hi-iri I drank before 😊.
I'll make love to you at home, I've been seeing Gokotsuru at the sake corner of Daimaru. There were three different types of sake rice: Yamada-Nishiki, Kinmon-Nishiki, and Gohyakumangoku! I bought the most expensive one, Yamadanishiki.
Delicious. It's as good as the Shinshu Kamerei! I bought several bottles at once! I can see why there are so many comments of interest such as 😁.
Aroma, sweetness, tanginess, just right, little bitterness, good rice flavor 😁.
Ao-chan, good evening 🌙
I see you sell them at Daimaru 😳‼️I haven't been there for a long time, so I'll have to check in once in a while 💦Thanks for the help! Thank you 🙏.
I love Shirasugi Shuzo.
I bought it at a department store in the city where the brewer was visiting because the brewing was finished and it was in the same prefecture.
This is the second time I've bought this brand in a long time.
It seems to be mostly for local consumption, and even the stores in the city that carry it don't have it on line.
There are many brands now, but I think this is one of the oldest.
It has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Mr. Shirasugi.
However, the aroma and richness of the sake is different from the popular wine.
It has both a soft and round taste and a flavor that satisfies sake drinkers.
Postscript
Even if you raise the temperature, the sweet and sour taste is still there.
There is no unpleasant aroma at all, and it is simply delicious.
