boukenI was feeling better at the end of the year, so I bought this when I went to Kyoto.
I missed out on buying the eme green Ona, so I got the pink one.
Slightly effervescent. Fresh and rough but sweet and juicy.
A 🍑-like atmosphere.
A little bitter at the end. I haven't had Ona in a very long time, but it's delicious 😋.
First Tochigi love of the year 🥰.

Various sake lees I got from the liquor store, so first in, first out, Machida Sake Brewery's sake lees.
It was sweet and tasty, maybe because it's fruity and sweet-tasting Machida sake brewery, but all the sake I drank with it seemed spicy 😅. マナチーHappy New Year, bouken🌅!

It's fruity and messy but it's delicious when combined with cream cheese to make a Japanese dish 😊 just doesn't reduce 😅.
