The second drink I had at Sennyuji Kiln Autumn Leaves Festival 🍁 was Tomio's Shiboritate.
Because of its high alcohol content? It had a strong flavor, and the taste of the sake was very strong. I would like to try it with heated sake 😊.

I drank three kinds of Kyoto sake which I usually don't drink!
The first one I chose was from Eikun's brewery, Manmukai. Sweet, fruity, no bitterness, delicious 😁.
