Today's special sake is the sake we bartered with Yasubeyesan from Sake no Wa.
The best one from Shinshu Kamerei? It's the best one from Shinshu Kamerei 😍😊.

One word: "Ume~"! Nice aroma, fruity, Junmai Daiginjyo feel, almost no bitterness, almost no bitterness.
