The second "Nigori Sake House" combining clear sake with soda water and sake lees to make "Almost Active Nigori Sake".
First, we tasted the first sake before it was combined.
It was delicious. It has a strong acidity, but there is no unpleasant taste at all. The front face is "sake that you never get tired of drinking," but the back face is "demonic sake that puts people into a drunken stupor.
