I drank it cold on the Shinkansen on the way back from visiting my children.
I was a bit appalled that I should skip drinking sake on the train on the way home, but I could only drink Ozeki last night in Noge, Yokohama, so I couldn't resist.
The first sip had a gorgeous aroma, which was the best feature. The first sip had a gorgeous aroma, which was its best feature, followed by a tangy taste, but it lacked acidity, and I thought it tasted a little dull and watery. So I spread it on my tongue and drank it sloppy, and it tasted like rice.
On a side note, the Hakkaisan cold sake I had at Sushi Zammai for lunch was even better than I had expected, with a rich rice flavor and a long, lingering finish that made it taste like a wild samurai. I was reminded of the fact that brands that have made their mark in an era are very capable of doing so.

Hi Jay & Nobby.
The choice of snacks is also important. On the way there, I liked Happy Turn's ume flavor as an accompaniment to Fukuju. On the way back, I had Baby Star plum flavor, but it tasted like dried plums mixed with ramen soup.
