First day of opening the bottle. This is terrible. It tastes so bad that I want to throw it away because of the unnatural sweetness and the unconcealed bitterness behind it. It tastes nothing but sweetness and bitterness.
On the second day, the sweetness and bitterness become milder, and I can manage to drink it. I am ashamed to drink it while saying it tastes bad, but so are the sellers. Is it difficult to continue business if you don't sell sake like this? I doubt the conscience of the brewery.
