シロタマ
Launching Oroku at Nyan Nyan San (what day is it?)
This time, however, it was just too shallow, without the robustness and freshness that is typical of Oroku. The aroma was a bit too strong, but the flavor was not too strong, and there was a hint of soy sauce. It was purchased from a distributor, so it should have been stored in a safe place. It is not particularly old, and I am puzzled.
In my opinion, Ohroku is a sake that I would like to drink in large quantities because it has a deep and pleasant aroma without being heavy despite its strong rice flavor and complex taste when you chew it well. But I don't remember it being such a tasteless sake.
I am aware that the quality of sake may vary depending on the production lot and the individual product, but it may be that there is a wider range than I imagined.
Likelihood of buying again 5/10
