Impactful labels! My first drink! My parents were here and I was going to drink with them, but I was too hungover to drink freshly opened 😅. They say it has a gassy, punchy, rich taste when opened and leaves a unique alcoholic and pungent aftertaste. The second day goes from crisp and citrusy to rich and delicious! And the aftertaste is unique, dry but not quite as sharp! Day 4 was softer and easier to drink!

Unfiltered Junmai, undoubtedly delicious😊 The opening is appropriately fruity, rich and delicious! And the gasiness of the raw sake is good! Kaifun was great because there aren't many stores in Kyushu that carry it and it's hard to drink it 😊.

It has the sweetness and flavor of Nabeshima's typical Nabeshima, but with the brewed alcohol, it's a refreshing drink! And I like the light gassing! The best one in the world! But if we're in the same price range, I think I like the Instrument Masamune better 🤔 Personally, I find the fruity feeling typical of Nabeshima to be understated and lacking 😂.

A slight seme smell on the fruity side! It's like drinking mixed juice! Juicy, sweet, with just the right amount of acidity! I wonder if the impression is similar to the Turtle Fountain CEL-24 🤔 Sweet, but not horrible and delicious!

I was looking forward to the summer fire-roasted version 😊The top layer has a grapefruit-like tartness to it. Mixed with the ori, it's just the right amount of light sweetness and sourness, like a gentle calpis! I drank it with a barbecue and it was the best match!

The beautiful taste of an oriental beauty, and the sweetness of Aisan! It's got that Aisan-ness to it, but the scent is refreshing! A light sweetness, then a solid bitterness! The drink was balanced and swishable, but I found the bitterness to be a little too strong.

White Crane Nishiki, developed by White Crane! Apparently it's the first sibling of Yamadanishiki! I've been curious about it lately, so I bought some white crane brocade from the moon after the rain, which I love 😊. Fresh as a muscat and sweet as cream! Smooth and juicy on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity. It's flavorful and has a long finish! There's a light bitterness to it, so it's not cloying! It's a different kind of deliciousness than the honors of Yamadanishiki 😊.

It seems to be a November brew from the Nihon Meimonshu-kai! Slightly sweet rice aroma. Smooth but rich flavor. Bitterness and crispness are great. Good for a mid-meal drink and went well with sashimi!

It's been a long time since I've tasted Akatake! Akatake is really good 😆 . It's very gassy and fragrant and fruity when opened, and kicks in nicely from the fresh sweetness and acidity. Well balanced and final ✨. I don't get the brewed alcohol taste at all 👍. I put it down for a day, and today is day three, and it's nice and sweet and juicy with a faint gasiness left in it! I know I've said it many times, but it's still the best thing I've ever done ✨

I've never heard of this brand! This is delicious 😋 The aroma is rice and light alcohol, with a strong rice flavor and a slight sweetness. Mellow and dark, but moderately dry and not too sharp! I'm not a big fan of brewed alcohol, but this is good ✨ I've been drinking a lot of classic sake at my wife's parents' house lately, but it's so different from what you're used to nowadays that I'm reminded of the depth of sake!

The latest hot topic of conversation is the natural gift! Sake made by Nishi Shuzo, the famous sake brewer of Tomino Hozan ✨ What a nice surprise to find this kind of sake in Kagoshima, where the shochu culture is famous. It has a nice mellow aroma and a taste of banana! Low acidity, gentle sweetness, umami, sharpness! It's not very assertive, so it's great for a mid-meal drink! It's ok on its own 👌It's complete! It's balanced enough to be good for anyone to drink! Personally I think it could be a little more unique🤔

The renewed and stylish Kubota Junmai Daiginjo! Kubota's sake for the younger generation! This quality for $1,500 is as good as it gets 😁. A fruity, pear-like aroma and a crisp, clean taste! Nowadays, it's royalty-free! The aftertaste is as sharp as Kubota's! If a big company makes this kind of sake at this price, I think small breweries have no chance 😅.

Is this sake? It has a white grape feel to it. It's like drinking a wine with little flavor 😅. The acidity is mild and faintly sweet and bitter. If it's too cold, it doesn't taste at all 😂. Maybe just enough to cool it down lightly and return it to room temperature 🤔 It's an interesting one, but it wasn't my favorite 😂
