What a nice surprise to find this kind of sake in Kagoshima, where the shochu culture is famous.
It has a nice mellow aroma and a taste of banana!
Low acidity, gentle sweetness, umami, sharpness! It's not very assertive, so it's great for a mid-meal drink!
It's ok on its own 👌It's complete!
It's balanced enough to be good for anyone to drink!
