Akatake is really good 😆 .
It's very gassy and fragrant and fruity when opened, and kicks in nicely from the fresh sweetness and acidity.
Well balanced and final ✨.
I don't get the brewed alcohol taste at all 👍.
I put it down for a day, and today is day three, and it's nice and sweet and juicy with a faint gasiness left in it!
I know I've said it many times, but it's still the best thing I've ever done ✨
