It's been a while since I opened Sake No Wa! It's been 5 months since my last post 😅 I stopped keeping track after having a kid and savoring alcohol less and less, but I decided to start back up since I can't remember!

I'm so glad I did! I got the black Bakuren which is highly rated by everyone😊.
As expected, it's sharp!
But it has a rich sweetness and umami in the spiciness!
I can't stop drinking it because it just snaps out of my mouth!

Second bottle, squeezed this morning!
I let it sit for about a month to enjoy the change😊.
The freshness stays the same!
Aroma is subdued and moderately fruity!
The pineapple taste is stronger!
It's still the same except the bitterness is more pronounced!

Hououmita's got a nice sweet, refreshing aroma!
It's not nearly as piquant as a namaishu should be!
It tastes like muscat, just like the description says!
It has a smooth sweetness that makes for a refreshing drink!
It's good, but the Hekihan I had the other day was much better 😅.

Freshly opened, it is still hard!
The rich, robust flavor is similar to the Tamagawa Fukuro we drank last month!
It's been 5 days, but the freshness and mellow flavor is still there!
It's getting better and better as it gets firmer and firmer😊.

Finally, Jishin came to my house😭.
The aroma is like pineapple without being too overpowering!
The rich flavor spreads in the mouth, and the bitterness finishes it off with a bit of a quirk! The taste is addictive😊.
On the second day, the sweetness is still the same, but it's a little calmer! It's a bottle, so let's savor it slowly😊.
It's been 4 days, but it hasn't degraded and you can still enjoy the taste change!

Yesterday we drank 50% Yamadanishiki rice polishing ratio, and today we drank 40% LEGEND!
The FIRE had a sweet and sour taste, but the LEGEND has a mild acidity!
The main flavors are sweet and bitter! It's crisp and slightly dry!
Both bottles were delicious😊.

I heard that this sake was used for the Nobel Prize dinner and LV's New Year's party😳.
The aroma is gorgeous, but there's a twang to it!

The store where I usually buy Akabu didn't have it in stock and I gave up, but recently they got it in stock 🥳!
The gasiness is fairly strong! The fruity acidity stands out in the supernatant. It's a bliss to drink it with ori😊.
It's perfect to drink as a sweet after dinner!
But I think I prefer Akatake without the ori 🤔.

The sourness and bitterness is like a stable grapefruit!
The Yamada Nishiki seemed sweeter than the regular Snow Crescent🤔.

Surprisingly, this was my first time drinking sake from Fukui, including Sake no Wa! Before I got into sake, I used to drink kokuryu in pubs because it had a cool name!

A gentle aroma with a hint of sweetness. It has a gentle sweetness and minerality, and it finishes quickly. There is no harshness that often comes with aluzoe, and it is refreshing to drink😊.
It's light and refreshing, but has a lot of flavor and you won't get tired of drinking it👍.
