White Crane Nishiki, developed by White Crane!
Apparently it's the first sibling of Yamadanishiki!
I've been curious about it lately, so I bought some white crane brocade from the moon after the rain, which I love 😊.
Fresh as a muscat and sweet as cream!
Smooth and juicy on the palate, with just the right amount of acidity. It's flavorful and has a long finish!
There's a light bitterness to it, so it's not cloying!
It's a different kind of deliciousness than the honors of Yamadanishiki 😊.
