This is delicious 😋 The aroma is rice and light alcohol, with a strong rice flavor and a slight sweetness.
Mellow and dark, but moderately dry and not too sharp!
I'm not a big fan of brewed alcohol, but this is good ✨
I've been drinking a lot of classic sake at my wife's parents' house lately, but it's so different from what you're used to nowadays that I'm reminded of the depth of sake!
