Just after opening the bottle, it is gassy, fresh, sweet and sour with a strong bitterness. After about an hour, it becomes fruity and tasty👌. On the second day, the taste becomes milder with a hint of rice flavor! I liked the Junmai unfiltered raw better🤔.

First time for unfiltered raw😊. Right after opening the bottle, melon aroma and semen smell! Fresh and juicy with a hint of gas! Dense with a variety of fruitiness😋. I've never tasted anything like this before, and I'm not sure I'll ever taste it again.

I was going to drink it on new years day! Finally opened the bottle😅. Mellow aroma, like rum raisins! It's pretty dense and banana-y, with a great flavor. The bitterness in the second half is a nice accent. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. When it's room temperature, the mellow flavor stands out! This is too good 😆.

I stopped by a liquor store on my way back from buying my favorite oysters, Konagai Oysters, and found Aizan 😆 I'm so happy I wanted to drink it! A slightly spicy, raisin-like aroma. It's a little spicy and raisiny, with a sweetness, a spicy whiskey-like aroma, and a minty bitterness. It's not exactly what I imagined, but it's a taste I haven't had very often and it's delicious!

I remembered that Harada had a special junmai that was delicious and I had never seen it before so I bought it😊. Smelled like pineapple the moment I opened it! It's a bit tart, with a punchy sweetness to a slightly quirky bitterness! The bitterness is there but you can still taste the pineapple flavor, it's rich and lingers! It's like it goes with meat and western food! I guess Hawkeye is a more refined version of Gemetsu🤔I'd love to try it!

I had a bottle of this last year and it was memorable so I was looking forward to it again this year 🤤. It's a little hard when it's first opened, but it's very gassy and tastes like a fresh green apple! As it gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness and flavor start to come through! Last year it was perfect freshly opened but this year's seems a bit younger 🤔 in my opinion😅.

It's a regular sake even though the rice is polished to 40%! It is an interesting sake. It looks like a daiginjo, but it's not a daiginjo! It has a clean, fruity aroma with a polished feel! You can feel the slight alcoholiness, but it's just right! Clean and refreshing, with a melon-like sweetness and roundness to it 😊. Went great with the yellowtail sashimi!

First brand I've ever had! Lovely name🌸. Aroma is clean, yet gorgeous! Good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity... firm but with a clean aftertaste! Another great sake I've found😊.

I forgot to take a picture😭. The aroma is a little melon and green. The mouthfeel is refreshing and the sweetness is gentle. It doesn't have a gassy taste but it has a fresh sourness like raw sake. It's spicy and has a sharp aftertaste. Shigemasu is a refreshing, crisp, dry sake that is great for sipping! You won't get tired of drinking it😊.

I've been curious about Hekihan because of its high rating and finally got to drink it😊. The aroma is clean, fresh and fruity! Juicy, berry-like sweet and sour like a typical Hououmida, with a moderately bitter aftertaste that makes for a refreshing drink!

Impressive taste😭. Sweet aroma with a classy vanilla-like feel. Silky smooth with that fresh gassy feel of namaishu! Elegant sweetness and umami, then it gently kicks in! It is truly a superb Nozan! The bitterness and spiciness don't wrap up the taste, but rather disappear quickly and gently! I drank it with my family and it was gone in an instant😭. Next year we'll drink it in a bottle!

I've had my eye on Tenmei for a while, but haven't been able to find it, so finally got to drink it! Fresh and slightly gassy like a new sake. The aroma is gentle, and you can feel the umami and sweetness of the rice. The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and the taste is refreshing. The taste is so pleasant that you want to keep drinking it! I became a fan after the first glass!

This sake was recommended to me by the owner of a liquor store! Freshly opened, it's impactful and gorgeous, with an insanely fruity aroma! The taste is rich, but the acidity is strong and fresh! It's very fresh and rich but also very sour! Definitely a repeat 😊.

It's my first time to try Akatake Origari! This year the label is also Christmas-y 🙆️. Not as gassy as I thought it would be! I think the Junmai was stronger! It has a gentle sweetness and a sourness reminiscent of white wine! It's like a white wine, perfect for Christmas! Never tasted anything like it before, so happy to drink another new Akatake😆.

Ah, it's delicious! More fruity and dense than Junmai Ginjo. It also seems to have a strong gassy feel🤔. Junmai Ginjo is good, but I prefer this one! The Akatake is delicious no matter what 😋. I've got snow for Christmas and a superb Zan for New Years coming up! Too much fun✨.

I don't drink it often because it's too familiar, available in supermarkets, but it's still good! The aroma is subdued but gorgeous. Freshly opened, it is slightly fruity and just a touch gassy, then dry and crisp with a delicious taste. It's fresh and crisp, not like before usually, and the acidity is subdued! From the second day onwards, the flavour thickens, becoming more like an autumn sake! It's refreshing, umami and spicy, good for sipping!
