🌕
Tonight I have a drink I've been wanting to try 🍶.
My dear sake friend, Mr. M, sent me this.
I'll have a "Shichijuro" 😊♪
Now it's time to open the bottle✨🥂✨
Slightly fruity aroma
When you drink it
Soft mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness
The rich umami spreads in the mouth 😚😚😚😚.
And it's a refreshing and beautiful sake 🍶.
Perfect for a mealtime drink. ❣️
Negitoro donburi and of course ginger yaki are also 👌
It is very delicious with pickled eggplant 🍆.
The sweetness and umami will expand and become very tasty😍.
It's also sweeter when the temperature is slightly higher
the sweeter the taste will be 😋.
Since it doesn't interfere with the meal
It's a very good drink 😘.
It's a delicious drink 😊.
I'm glad I had it 😚💕
Thank you, Mr. M 🥰.
On the 7th, in Nanaeiro.

Tsubu-chan, congratulations on 700. You didn't go to the brewery on your day trip to Fukushima, did you? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I did. I'm so glad you went to the one you didn't go to 😆.

3 7's overlap and 777 is very lucky 😆👍✨It's nice to celebrate with the sake you want to drink ❣️ I've been away from local sake for a long time too 🤣.
Tsubu-chan Congratulations on your 700 check-in. ㊗️700I think it's a very good idea to commemorate Shichijuro😄. I think there are many sake from Fukushima that don't interfere with food as well as Shichijero. Please love Fukushima sake too!

Nanaeiro was there when I was thinking about what to drink 700ci ☝️🤣I found out about it on sakewa and wanted to try it 😋Kozo if you get a chance, I'll be thinking about the next handsome 777 🤔.

It's 700, but I made it 777 😜.

Sake from the Inawashiro region of Fukushima Prefecture, given to me by my brother-in-law.
First, I drink it at room temperature.
(Only in the afternoon😋).
As is typical of Fukushima sake, it has an elegant aroma and a fruity sweetness, but it is a delicious sake with a more refreshing taste and a robust flavor.
Afterwards, I was told that it tastes better chilled, so I put it in the fridge.
I had it for supper... 👌👌.
It is very tasty and has a good aftertaste.
It was a sake that would go well with yakitori (sauce). I'm sure it would go well with yakitori (sauce) 🍶🍗.
Purchased at Roadside Station Inawashiro
It is unexpectedly mild and a little full-bodied.
It has a softness that suggests the water is gentle.
It seems to be good as a food sake.
I paired it with horse sashimi from Aizu and it was great!
Rice used: Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio: 40
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake meter: +1
Acidity: 1.4
Twice-fired (normal delivery possible)
At a sake bar in Fukushima, I picked up several sakes from the menu and asked the master which was the sweetest of them all. The master prefaced his answer by saying that the word "sweet" did not apply to it, and after listening to the rich, interesting, and intense story of a sake geek, I chose this one.
I was told that it would not be popular with the general public, but I liked it!
Subdued aroma
Sweetness and umami are present.
Acidity and bitterness are far away.
I wonder if this taste is not popular with the general public.
I will remember, this name.
If I meet her at some restaurant, I'll say, "Oh, I like her, I'll have her!" I think I'll be like.
