Business trip to Sendai.
I asked for a sake that was not on the menu at my favorite restaurant 😁.
It's a fresh, full-bodied, punchy, delicious sake, as is typical of unfiltered sake. Great start to the day 😆🎉.
Ordered 🍶300ml for dinner on the trip.
Inagawa Sake Brewing Exhibition in Fukushima Prefecture, I heard they have a brewery by Lake Inawashiro.
It was my first time drinking it 🍶.
The rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku.
Rice polishing ratio is 40
Alcohol level is 16 degrees Celsius.
Fire-aged undiluted sake
The sake is light and colorful.

The aroma when the bottle is opened is slightly sweet, with a hint of melon or banana in the distance.
In the mouth, the full sweetness and umami of the rice spreads quickly on the tongue, but it is light. After that, the bitterness spreads, and it goes down the throat with a sharp taste.
It is drier than the sake I usually drink.
It is heavier than other sake, but as it is served with a meal, the bitterness becomes less noticeable and the sake becomes more enjoyable.
It is more enjoyable when paired with a meal, not as a sake to be faced with.
On the second day, we went to the samurai residence → Hideyo Noguchi Memorial Museum
and then went to Nakanosawa Onsen

Sake from Aizu since it was a business trip to Aizu. I knew to start with the unfiltered raw sake.
