Houken Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Hi-ire
Rating 4.3
Rice: Sakemirai from Yamagata Prefecture, Rice polishing ratio: 55%, Alcohol content: 16-17%.
It has an elegant and beautiful sweetness like Wasanbon, but still retains the crispness typical of Houken.
It was brewed with the koji molding that brings out the flavor of the rice and low-temperature storage in mind. The number is dry, but there is a firm sweetness.
Gorgeous fragrance 🌺
Soft and fresh 🎵
Sweet and tasty first impression: 👍️
Spiciness joins in the middle 😲.
A bit dry too 😉.
Junmai sake blended with junmai ginjo-shu and junmai daiginjo-shu blame 🍶.
Junmai Ginjo 🍶Kure ✨Spring-fed brewed with Hachitan Nishiki🌾 from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture
The first additional glass 😅 as I was a little short on the sake set.
Clear ⭐️ dry with a sharp taste. The Honjozo and Normal sake in the tasting set was good, but this one is still superior. Paired it with the conger eel nigiri and tetsubi rolls 😋.
