I saw on the website that it is recommended for white fish, so I had it with sashimi sea bream and, although not listed, flatfish sashimi, and the synergistic effect increased the umami and made it delicious 😊.
I tried Hiro's instant flavor change of three turns and three minutes, and the acidity became stronger and more sharp, and the mature sake became more powerful 😁.
I also tried it at room temperature and it was just as sour and zingy as the instant one👍
