Timeline
yoyoyoI stumbled across this sake at the store✨.
The Obata Sake Brewery, which brews Manotsuru, used to use the brand name "Sashu Masamune" until shortly after the war. And the only specs revealed were alcohol content and 100% Sado rice. I bought it because I was attracted by the story and the concept of telling a story through taste, not specs!
Gentle muscat-like aroma
A clean sweetness with no cloying taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavor is worthy of the Green Label name.
It has a nice sharpness and a bitterness that appears later. It is refreshing and pleasant to drink! ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo 😃
I'll let the "taste speak for itself!" It's graceful and cool. ‼️ I feel confident that you'll know it when you drink it 😋 from the "speak without speaking" on the label 😌 I'd like to try it! yoyoyoGood morning, Jay & Nobby! Yes, it is! It's cool ✨I'm just using a word I'm confident in, and it tasted convincing✨. yoyoyoIt's been a long time since I've seen Kido!
Maybe it's been half a year or so.
The ginjo aroma is clean and fruity.
What a good sake!
It is soft and refreshing on the palate! The sweetness is moderate and not unpleasant, with a nice sharpness and a slight bitterness that lingers at the end and disappears quickly!
It is a taste that is worthy of the name "summer gale"!
Hats off to you, Kido! yoyoyoIt's been a while since I've been to Kaze no Mori!
We will have 657 brewed with Nara Prefecture's new sake brewing rice "Nanaro"!
Mild and fruity aroma. The aroma is mild and fruity, and I feel the urge to drink it as soon as possible.
When I sipped it, I was surprised to find that it was sweeter than I had imagined! It is richer in sweetness than I had imagined. I wonder if this is a different character of Nanadrok from the other Kaze no Mori brews I have had so far!
The sweetness lingers on the tongue, and you can enjoy the aftertaste.
The gasiness is also surprisingly low.
I felt a new aspect of Kaze no Mori! ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo😃
I'd like to try the new Kochira Wind Forest 🌳 😋 I have too many things I want to drink, but it's not my turn to buy it 😄. yoyoyoHi Jay & Nobby! Oh, I totally understand that: ❗️ I was going to buy this drink a little earlier too, but there were too many drinks I wanted to drink and now I'm here: ❗️😆
yoyoyoAt my usual liquor store, I found a bottle of Shimane Prefecture's Meishin and Gassan that I was curious about!
There were other sake that I was interested in, but I bought Gassan-san, which was the only bottle left!
The "innovation APPLE" is brewed with "malic acid hyperacidic sake yeast"! It is Tsukiyama-san's attempt.
The aroma was mild apple 🍎, not so loud and calm.
When you drink it, it is very apple! Amazing!
This refreshing, sweet and sour, low-alcoholic drink is cute and adult ✨.
The drink goes on and on and on.
It's amazing that it's made with only rice, rice malt, and water!
This sake made me feel that the possibilities of sake are endless. ❗️ ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo😃
Congratulations on your first Shimane sake at Gassan ㊗️ 🎉This sounds like a delicious review ‼️
I want to feel the adult cuteness 😙. yoyoyoGood evening, Jay & Nobby! Yes, it was! It was my first Shimane sake✨and my first sake with a yeast that makes malic acid✨! This cutie is really good, so be sure to try it! まぁーSaturday morning drinking in Sannomiya (8) Memorandum

First time to compare 3 kinds of Takachiyos at the third restaurant "Asano Sake Shop" 😋. まぁーSaturday morning drinking in Sannomiya (5) Memorandum
At the third restaurant, Asano Sake Shop, we compared three kinds of Takachiyos for the first time 😋.
I don't remember each one individually, but I'm sure they were all delicious... 😆.
Next time I'm going to drink at the first house on a day when I don't drink too much 😅. yoyoyoIt is a Nara sake, Shinomine, brewed with "Kame-no-o", which I don't know of any other brewery using except Senkou!
And it's from Nara Prefecture.
I was surprised to learn that Kame-no-o is not a rice suitable for sake brewing! I was so surprised!
The aroma is mildly muscat-like.
The mouthfeel is pleasantly gaseous. In contrast to the moderate sweetness, the light acidity and clear, crisp bitterness are very appealing!
The crispness is not harsh and disappears quickly.
It has a very refreshing taste and is delicious!
It has a pleasant taste with a sense of balance that is different from Kameizumi's!
Why is Nara sake so good? ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, yoyoyo😃.
Shinomine-san looks like a Rokumaru label! It has an atmosphere to look at 😍Tastes good too 😋I'll make a note of it! yoyoyoHello, Jay & Nobby! This sake by Shinomine is a great recommendation for its flavor and crispness! I will try other Shinomine-san's as well! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
