I couldn't resist buying it, attracted by the eye-catching blue bottle and the beauty of the morsels submerged in it! The aroma is not fruity, but slightly sweet✨. Mild sweetness in the mouth. How graceful! And a creamy, milky nigori rice flavor. Transparency in the beginning, and as you continue drinking, oh my! It's so rich 😮. The rice flavor is softly expanding. The rice flavor is a result of the Yamahai brewing process. And it has a smooth texture on the tongue. Easy to drink! I'm looking forward to drinking it with dinner today ✨.

Sannomiya drinking⑦ We finished our drinking comparison at Asano Sake Shop 😁. I felt there was a bit of bitterness. Next time, I would like to drink it carefully instead of comparing. It was a nice morning drinking experience to drink some sake that I have never had before 😊.

Sannomiya drinking⑥ The final drink of the day at Asano Sake Shop 😁. It was light, not refreshing and had a bit of bitterness 😋. I think I prefer the basic sake that is not raw, I always can't remember the taste of each individual sake when I make a drinking comparison 😅... 😅.

Sannomiya Drinking (5) We finished up at the Asano Sake Shop with a 3 dry sake comparison. I enjoyed the Kouji Dai-harakuchi cold sake I had before, so I went for this one 😋. The cold grated one had a nice sweetness to it 😀. The customer next to me ordered 2 sets of 3 different dry and tasty sake, and I asked him what he recommended for dry sake.

Sannomiya drinking The second drink at Asano Sake Brewery was the first Snowball ⛄️, which is available at the Sengoku Fair starting tomorrow, so I decided to try it out of curiosity even though I didn't think it was my favorite type 😁 I had just opened it and it was my second or third drink, but it wasn't as shwashy as I expected, nor as sour as Akatombo 😊 It's seasonal, so I'm not sure which one to choose next 😋. It was not as sour as Akatombo 😊 It is seasonal so if I have another chance, I'll try UA 😋 which I'm not sure which one I'll try next.

Sannomiya drinking (3) The first restaurant we were planning to go to for our fourth stop, a stand-up drinking spot that specializes in hormone, was out of stock, so we decided to take a break from drinking for a change and had a sweet treat 😋. After eating my favorite kintsuba and coffee set from Hon Takasagaya, I ordered an additional zenzai (sweetened red bean soup) from a neighbor 😁. Last stop was Asano Sake Shop 🍶. I was curious about the seasonal sake Funaka Hachisaku that I saw on Instagram: ☺️ I was wondering how this one would be, since I didn't like the strong bitterness of the summer sake, but as I thought, the regular sake seemed to suit me the best 🤣. I think it is also a pleasure to drink sake to feel the difference between the two 😘.

I found this Sentori MODERN Kijoshu when I bought Sentori's Snowman! I thought, "What's this? I bought it immediately without hesitation ✨ Now it's time to open the bottle! I had a very strong impression of kijoshu when I tasted Hanaboe's Mizu-Hashimoto x Mizu-Hashimoto once and imagined its characteristic sweetness and acidity, but SENKOKU MODERN kijoshu has a completely different expression! It has a gentle, moist, kijoshu-like sweetness and a smooth texture that makes it wonderfully easy to drink✨. I felt no gassiness, just a hint of acidity and the deliciousness of kijoshu!

I was looking forward to this snowman by Senkou! It's not a UA collaboration 😁. I want UA, but I wanted to drink this one first, so I'm glad I got it ✨. After stirring it slowly, I opened the bottle with full anticipation! The aroma is milder than I expected. I had a preconceived notion, but I was intrigued by the mildness of the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a pleasantly sharp gas feeling. It is not too sweet, but has a refreshing sweetness that makes it very easy to drink. The fluffy, aromatic, and mellow flavor of the stirred mash is absolutely delicious! You can sip it forever! The bottle design is cute and fun, and the appearance, aroma, taste, and pitter-patter sound make it a sake that can truly be enjoyed by all five senses 😊.

My favorite Wind Forest ✨. This is my first time drinking Yamada Nishiki. Mild fruity aroma. Not too assertive but you can sense its presence. Taste. The tangy gasiness is typical of Kaze no Mori! Although there are no distinctive points, the sweetness, acidity, umami of rice, and moderate bitterness are in good total balance! I felt it had a very high level of perfection ✨ Easy to drink as expected ✨ It also blows away the fatigue of the day. This is why I can't stop drinking Kaze no Mori!

What a first meeting with Takachiyosan. I couldn't help but buy it when the clerk recommended it as a new sake 🤣. Citrusy sweet and sour aroma. What a juicy aroma! Another sweet juicy ✨ on the palate. Pitchy, acidic, and above all, sweet and sour grapefruit sensation, it's the best ✨. The aftertaste is also very pleasant with just the right amount of sweetness and umami! Freshness from start to finish ✨ It's light despite its alcohol content of 16, and it's insanely good! This is a super dangerous drink that you can keep drinking forever! Wish I had bought it sooner!

Maa- Japanese Sake Go-Around Kobe 13 11th stop "Asano Sake Shop" for the final sake of the go-around 😁. Why this sake? I don't even remember what kind of sake it was... Memorandum😅 We drank a lot and ate a lot in total of 14 restaurants starting from beer at 8:30am to ramen at the end 🤪. The third one is "Hokkai Ramen" 🍜, a nostalgic dish that used to exist on Awaji Island in the past.

Suddenly I realized that I haven't had any local sake lately, so I got my favorite Senzuke's Akigari. It's a dry, single-batch, single-hot sake, brewed with Hyogo Yamadanishiki for the koji rice and Hyogo Nishiki for the kake rice✨. Oh, the slightly fruity aroma! A little tangy and gassy! It is crisp, clean, and dry! Aromatic flavor, but not harsh, with a nice sharpness. It is a sake that will make you feel refreshed ✨.

This is the second bottle of Eiheiji Hakuryu, which I fell in love with for its commitment to sake, its approach, and its taste! Sweet and fruity aroma. It has a sweet and fruity aroma, which gives a lovely impression right from the start. There is no indication of the rice variety, but in the mouth it is clear and transparent with a sweet fruitiness! There is almost no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and the moderate acidity is a perfect accent. It goes down the throat and is very refreshing. The alcohol content of 15.5 is also exquisite. It has a truly dignified appearance. Wow, it is too good. This is the kind of sake that I can enjoy with gusto. Hakuryu, you have hit my taste perfectly! He is a wonderful brewer!

Lastly, here is another hiyaoroshi that I have been curious about for a long time. I've seen it in department stores for years and have been curious about it. Polishing ratio 58%, sake degree -5.5, acidity 1.6, amino acidity 1.3 Akebono Okayama Hakuto Yeast Slightly sweet and ripe with umami. I thought it would be a bit sweeter, but the aftertaste is quite sweet. After drinking this after eme, it feels very thin😅. Asano-san left the store with this. Already drank 1 gou in total 🏃 to the Icoma tasting.

I've been curious about eme since it was sold at Yamaya. Unlike the singer Aimer, Kochira's spelling is eme. It says it's a go-around limited edition sake, but several stores in Yamaya carry it😅. Made with Muscat of Alexandria yeast Alcohol 13%, Sake level -30, Acidity 3.0 Polishing ratio 70% Akebono Low-alcohol unfiltered unpasteurized sake. Fine bubbles in the glass 🫧. It is juicy, sweet and astringent. It has a slightly greenish taste with a hint of muscat 🤔. The sweetest and most delicious of the Kamishin set 😋.

Next, I ordered the Jiameishin 3 Combo, which included the one I've been eyeing for a while. First up was the Be-lue. Alcohol 15%, Sake degree -2, Acidity 1.4 Polishing ratio 58% Akebono It is quite clear and light, but you can feel the sense of rice. A little too light and not enough 🤔. I had never seen it before, but when I went to Yamaya on my way home, it was on sale!

I went to the Katano Sakura Fair at Asano Sake Shop because I was curious about it! The third item was Theory 02, which I was also interested in! Alcohol 14%, Rice polishing ratio: Sake mother 48%/unrefined 63 Sake degree -19.6, Acidity 2.2, Amino acidity 1.6 Sake mother Yamadanishiki, unrefined Japanese rice, Association #6 This is a sake made from noble sake. It is very rich. But it is not too sweet and not clingy, so it is easy to drink. It is similar to the impression I had when I drank Tenmei's Kijoshu. I think Tenmei was sweeter 🤔.

I went to the Katano Cherry Blossom Fair at Asano Sake Shop because I was curious about the fair! The first sake I was looking for was the limited edition light nigori sake! Alcohol 15%, Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55 Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.5, Amino acidity 1.3 Gohyakumangoku 1801 yeast Gorgeous, fruity, sweet and delicious, but a little dry. Slightly effervescent and would be delicious drunk at home.

I went to the Katano Sakura Fair at Asano Sake Shop because I was curious about it! I thought it would be more profitable to drink in the store since it's so expensive to buy 😅. The first one I drank was the dewy scent. Alcohol 15 degrees, Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55 Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.5, Amino acidity 1.4 Gohyakumangoku Association No. 9/1801 yeast I've seen it before but never had it. Slightly sweet and spicy impression. To be honest, I think it's the type that doesn't leave much of an impression 🤔.
