Mori Masu participating in the Risshun Asa Shibori for the first time According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Miyamanishiki. I had half-expected and half-anxious reservations, but it had a fresh berry fruitiness with a firm sweetness. It was more delicious than expected with a slight effervescence. It's one of the best Risshun Asashibori I've ever tasted. Well, it's been 2 days since I opened it and it's tasted quite different 🤔. As expected, it's the type that should be drunk as soon as possible...

__________ Specific name not disclosed Rice polishing ratio Alcohol 13%. Sake Degree Personal Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆ I ordered this sake after seeing the illustration of the snake, but it was a sticker... The sake is cloudy white because of the oirigami, but it is beautifully muddy and the tailings are not noticeable. The aroma of pineapple spreads and gives a refreshing impression. The texture on the tongue is silky, as is typical of orikara-mi. The refreshing pineapple flavor spreads in the mouth and disappears quickly. There was none of the acidity that one would expect from Sengoku, and it was fruity and easy to drink! I would like it better if the fruitiness that spreads in the mouth were stronger!

__________ Junmai Ginjo Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. Sake meter degree -1.0 Personal Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆ Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Banshu, Hyogo Prefecture. Very clear and transparent with a clear appearance. You can already feel the rice from the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor of rice spreads all over your mouth just like the aroma! This is the body feeling...! The taste is firm and mellow. The aftertaste of rice flavor remains on the tongue, but that flavor is not bad either. I think it would be better if it were served warmed up.

__________ Junmai Ginjo Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16 Sake meter degree -1.0 Personal Rating: ★★★☆☆☆☆ Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The cloudy white color is due to the fact that it is an ogara-mi. The citrusy aroma, reminiscent of mandarin oranges, is refreshing and nice. Silky on the palate. Fresh and juicy with a slightly strong alcohol taste, as is typical of the pure sake, giving the impression of a dry taste. The aftertaste is slightly acidic with a pear-like flavor.

__________ Junmai Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol 15 Sake Degree Personal evaluation: ★★★★ Clear and transparent in appearance Rumney aroma spreads. The taste has a sweetness like that of ramune, followed by a dry and crisp finish. Despite the 70% milled rice ratio, there are no unpleasant tastes, and the balance of sweetness and dryness is very good. The texture is light and spreads smoothly across the tongue. It has a slightly alcoholic taste, which leads to a nice sharpness, but it is not dull at all and is easy to drink! I think it goes well with anything as a food wine!

Purchased when I went to make a reservation for the Risshun morning pressing. Fairly vigorous effervescence. Schwashy and dry. Not too sweet, but silky, acidic and lactic. Not too sweet, so I think it's good as a food wine. Tochigi Ai🥰, dry and effervescent
