When I visited Tanba Sasayama in June, I bought Junmai and Jungin at the brewery 💡.
Hougein has a rich image, and I didn't have the courage to buy a 4-ounce bottle, so I decided to compare them in 180 mL bottles 🫙.
I started with the Junmai 🌾.
The aroma and sweetness are like rummy, and the taste is nutty, aromatic, and bitter as you pull away 🥜.
It tastes like "Houmei" but has a smooth aftertaste, probably because it's a pure sake.
180 mL ¥ 530

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee.
I see that you can buy it in a single bottle when you go to the brewery😳
I can buy it with peace of mind, but the distance from Sasayamaguchi station is a bottleneck for train people 😿.

Hello bouken 💡.
Yes, it was a little bit my weak brand, so I was glad to be able to compare them in this size, although it is rather expensive 💡.
You have to take a bus from the station to the castle town 💧.
