The mouthfeel is full-bodied. It has a plump, full-bodied flavor and acidity, with a hint of bitterness and astringency. The sweetness is slightly subdued and soft. The spiciness comes from the 19% alcohol content. I found out later that it is recommended to be paired with meat dishes. Well, it is indeed a red wine. I would like to try it with red meat that is full of juices. Degree of preference ☆3/5

Appears to be a limited edition, but information unknown. Edamame-like flavor. Aromatic and mellow flavor. Deeply fruity, like apricot, Classic graininess and a mild bran taste. A full-bodied, rich, and robust taste. Best match with chestnut and mitsuba tempura.

The aroma is not so strong. As you taste it, you will be surprised to find the full flavor of the sake. Green apple and yeasty aroma. A little chemical. Sourness and a bit of bitterness. Quite voluptuous and powerful. Taste level 3.5/5

It's getting more and more exciting and I'm not sure how I feel about it (lol). It tastes like lime. Surprisingly neutral in mouthfeel for the title. The rice flavor is moderate and consistent. A perfect food sake. 3/5 for my favorite level.

It's getting more and more exciting and I'm not sure how I feel about it (lol). The acidity is fruity and crisp. It is like a ripe lemon. It also smells like rice. It goes well with oyster casserole and shrimp ajillo. Taste level ☆3/5

Lactic acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. When you drink it, the nose is filled with the aroma of earth and Japanese butterbur along with alcohol. After that, there is a mellow umami. Good balance of sweet, spicy, astringent and acidic. It is deliciously spicy. 3/5 for my favorite.

Refreshing aroma of apple yogurt. Contain surprisingly syrupy moist sweet and sour. When people say "apple yeast", I can't help but look for apples. There is a beautiful rice flavor and graininess in the back of the mouth. There is a moderate bitterness and a sense of body at the back of the tongue. It is refreshingly delicious. We chose a rare menu item, a whale tataki. It was delicious, just like horse sashimi. Taste level ☆4/5
