Bring in the sake that you guessed was sent from your parents' house. Slightly vegetal but nectarous aroma. When you drink it, it has a fruity and herbal aroma. The dense umami with a sense of elasticity comes through strongly. It goes down the throat and finishes with a nice sharpness, so it is not too strong at the end. Degree of preference 3.5/5
