Aroma of cool liquor, green apple and sweetened yogurt. Contains and smooth mouthfeel. Fruity sweetness and acidity with a raw feel, Japanese pear and wasanbon. Full, rich flavor. Good balance with strong flavors such as duck pastrami and dashimaki egg. It may be a little too strong for me when the temperature rises. The sharpness is not bad. A rich food wine. Preference ☆3/5

It has a strong flavor, but it's fresh and tasty. The avocado marinade is not as good as it should be. The yellowtail teriyaki is good, but it would be better with citrus fruits. Taste level ☆3/5

Freshly opened. Aroma: Aromatic and sweet. It has a slight yogurt-like sourness with a rice flavor. Fresh flavor spreads to the palate. The sweetness is thick and smooth. Juicy like an orange. Sweet and spicy. Winey, fruity acidity with surprising sharpness. Modern finish. Good with mozzarella cheese. Taste: 3/5 stars.

Aloe, lychee, red flowers. Fresh impression. Churns in the mouth, The mouthfeel is beautiful and smooth despite the low rice polishing, The thickness of the 17% nama sake is very thick. It has a cool and refreshing feeling with a slight freshness. It is dangerous because of the goodness of the throat passage that gives the illusion of alcohol content (laugh). It is beautiful, but also has the strength to catch the oil from the food. Taste 3.5/5

Chemical melon-like, Passion fruit-like tropical flavor. When you drink it, you can taste the chili. It has a very fruity flavor even though it's a honjozo. It has a deep sweetness at the entrance, followed by a hint of alcohol. The flavor quickly fades away and the umami is soft. The second half has a bitterness from the alcohol, but it fades quickly. Speedy and punchy sake. (The aroma is not right). Taste: 3/5
