Sake-like but slightly apple-like fruity flavor. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. The rice flavor has a good weight with no cloying taste. The smart acidity gives it a nice crispness. A perfect food sake. I tried anko-nabe for the first time, which I had longed to try! We ordered from a la carte with friends because we could order from one person. Taste level 3.5/5
