(These are just my thoughts from my stupid taste buds.) Slightly effervescent, fresh anyway Fruity, clean, refreshing, a little pungent, then refreshingly sweet and delicious. Good taste 😋😋😋😋 I am not a sake drinker, but this is the sake that got me hooked on sake. It sells out quickly, so be sure to check the release dates announced each month!

Drinking party at Koetsuan in Monzennaka-cho. We brought our own drinks. The aroma does not rise to the surface. When you drink it, it has wine-like acidity and fruitiness. The light entrance gives way to a strong umami flavor. A fresh aroma in the mouth, a little bit like rum. The alcohol aroma is not unpleasant. It is also moderately sharp. It goes well with fatty sashimi. Taste: 3.5/5

This is the second sake from back home. This one is a local brand using a rare rice called "Akagebyo" from Otaru, Kitahiroshima (the city where Escondido's Escon Field is located). The sake has a nice ginjo aroma and sweetness with a hint of alcohol! From an out-of-towner's point of view, this is a hidden sake brewery, but the taste is as good as you would expect!

This sake is also limited to Iwanai-machi, Hokkaido. Since it is a daiginjo, we started with a cold sake. It has a green apple aroma, and after a short time of extra cooling in the freezer, it has a clear mouthfeel. It is easy to drink, but it is a little too good to drink in a hurry. I think it is better to savor it slowly as a stand-alone sake than as a mealtime drink.

Limited edition sake from Iwanai-cho, Hokkaido. Sake rice is made from Iwanai-grown Comet. It has a mild taste with a characteristic bitterness. It is a versatile sake that can be drunk cold, at room temperature, or warmed (lukewarm). I don't have the space to keep a bottle in the fridge at all times, so I drink most of it at room temperature or on the rocks. I drink most of my sake at room temperature or on the rocks, but I definitely enjoy a small portion of chilled sake. Surprisingly, I found it tastes better at room temperature. On the rocks is a bit thin and unreliable.

This sake was made from the first red-haired rice harvested in the cold region of Hokkaido. We enjoyed this sake while thinking about the hard work of our predecessors. However, we also confirmed that sake should be made with rice suitable for sake brewing.

It's finally time to open the package! A little bit of luxury 💕 When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly sour taste. The fruity aroma spreads immediately afterwards, and the fragrance lingers pleasantly afterwards. I can't get enough of it! ‼️ It soaks into your tired body after a night shift 😋.

I went to Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen for the first time in a long time♨️I decided to stay at a slightly luxurious hotel with an open-air guest room with a sea view⛴️Dinner was buffet style🥩I enjoyed my meal while having the hotel's original drinks😊Great hot water that warms you to the core. It's a nice hot spring that warms you from the inside out 🐒.
