There are so many Masamune................................... A fresh aroma like freshly cut apples with a sense of effervescence. A sense of schwarziness when you take a sip. Green apple and greeful. The acidity is cute, fresh and sweet. Lactic creamy sweetness follows later. It was served in a wine glass. Delicious! 4/5 stars for my favorite.

The one with the gold classic label. I don't have a picture of it because I just got a taste of my buddy's. It has a crisp acidity and spiciness. It has a crisp acidity and dryness, but it also has the richness of rice. The back palate has the fullness of unrefined sake, yet it is tight and sharp. It makes me want to have something strong with it. 3/5 stars for my taste.

Hokkaido is said to be a new line of Hakodate breweries. The aroma is reminiscent of mellow fruit. A little tomato. Spicy and tasty rice delicious! Dry from two fruity. To a moderately crisp rice feel, A little spiciness from the alcohol. No extra aroma. Thin and macho. Mmm. No bloating and crisp. This is a good match for liver or tuna toro. A good food sake. My favorite 4/5 stars.
