純米酒で磨き49%という不思議パラメーターとのこと。 しかもお安い。 クラシック。清涼感もある米〜な酒の香り。 含むと酸味があってミネラルさらりとした導入から、 グーッと米感伸びてくる。甘みは淡泊。 苦みで少し引き締まって穏やかな余韻。 意外と良い。コスパ酒。 煮魚合いました。 好み度☆4/5(コスパ)

The aroma is rich, but the texture is smooth, The alcohol content of 13 degrees Celsius makes it easy to drink. The sweetness seems to blossom when it is heated up, so I would like to try that as well. Preference 4/5

Soft and classical sake aroma. Clear and glossy texture despite being highly polished in the bottle. Fresh aroma of young grapes, The sweetness and umami are very voluptuous. The spiciness comes through with a gusto. Sharp bitterness and a quick cut. It goes well with simmered vegetables and shabu-shabu pork with bean sprouts. Degree of liking ☆3.5/5

Aroma of strawberry jam, or maybe strawberry jam, dark aroma. Surprisingly not the type that swells up when you include it. It has a sweet yet tight umami flavor. It has a clean finish, probably due to the fact that it is a honjozo. This may be the best Oroku I've ever had. 4/5 stars for my taste.
