Hot sake. Totally different aroma, melon sensation? Dusty and aromatic earth and soy sauce flavor when you include it. Blueness like young strawberries. Complex flavor. The viscosity is surprisingly low, but the umami is energetic and the drinkability is outstanding. At 17-18%, the alcohol is a bit spicy, but it is not overpowering, It warms up gradually and is well-cornered. Taste 3.5/5

With recommended hot hot sake. (Even though the picture is lukewarm lol) The master said it was a very manly sake. It has a woody aroma and a honey-lemon acidity. When you drink it, the alcohol leaves your nose! The alcohol leaves your nose. It is dense, dense, and delicious! Manly! As the temperature settles down, you also notice walnut-like nuttiness and graininess. It certainly has a masculine entrance. but it also has a surprisingly sharp and modern nuance. Turnips and miso walnuts and Mullet milt & brown enoki mushrooms with ponzu sauce make an excellent pairing. 4/5 stars for my taste.
