With recommended hot hot sake. (Even though the picture is lukewarm lol) The master said it was a very manly sake. It has a woody aroma and a honey-lemon acidity. When you drink it, the alcohol leaves your nose! The alcohol leaves your nose. It is dense, dense, and delicious! Manly! As the temperature settles down, you also notice walnut-like nuttiness and graininess. It certainly has a masculine entrance. but it also has a surprisingly sharp and modern nuance. Turnips and miso walnuts and Mullet milt & brown enoki mushrooms with ponzu sauce make an excellent pairing. 4/5 stars for my taste.

The sharpness is outstanding, The more you drink, the more the rice flavor gradually overlaps. Classical but with a modern clarity. An orthodox dry sake. 4/5 for my favorite.
