のちをReturns from CRAFAN
The thank you sticker is handwritten. It must have been very busy and hard work!
We hope we can be of some help!
Kanpai for your revival! ちょろきGood morning ☀️
They make them in Sekiya - I didn't know that.
I admire your handwriting 🤣. のちをChoroki-san Good evening. It seems that you are hanging out with Sekiya-san. It seems that Wawa is also getting help from Kurosawa and others. I am very excited about this industry. フリーター一代男Sake #3 purchased at Kamoshita Sake Shop, a sake brewery that was destroyed by fire and is now working together with other breweries to make sake, so I bought this as a show of support. There was also sake brewed before the fire 😳.
I found it to be basically a light, dry, modern sake with a touch of umami from the acidity 😌 I rather like it, but I can't find it anywhere near me, so it's hard to repeat...maybe if I visit Kamoshita again? I'm sure I can if I visit Kamoshita again 🤔. ちゃいるWhat is this watery 🤔alternative feeling? I thought it was Junmai. So it's a clear and refreshing daiginjo. But it also has umami.
It's easy to drink, but it also has a strong alcohol taste. ペンギンブルーThe sake was made by the defunct Mizutani Sake Brewery in collaboration with Sekiya Brewery, which brews "Horai-izumi".
Sharp, fresh aroma with a rhamnemic flavor.
When you drink it, you can taste a little white grape-like nuance.
The light mouthfeel is followed by a surprisingly delicious rice flavor.
The finish is smooth and clean with a lingering aftertaste.
