Other than that, I didn't put it on the log, the regular version. Mild but somewhat floral aroma. The mouthfeel is soft and fresh. The taste is softly rice-like, with subtle fruit flavors such as white peach. It has a mild umami and bitterness. The final taste disappears smoothly. Once again, a pleasant food sake. 4/5 stars for my favorite.

I'm going to try a popular version that I haven't had very often at this restaurant. The smell of rice is strong, like cooked rice. The sweetness is quite moderate, as indicated by the dry description. The texture is tight. Aromatic rice flavor and sharp acidity. The rice flavor is not quite dry, but it has a voluminous flavor. Somewhat amino acidic flavor, almost filmy. Grain aroma at the end. It would go well with miso cucumber, or pork stewed in square cubes because it has a good slice of fat. (I ordered a highball first. I ordered the curry flavored chicken cutlet, it doesn't go well with it. A high-cost, spicy and tasty food wine. It may be served at different temperatures. Taste degree ☆ 3.5/5
