Modern Namaishige Hashiroshi, which is not a classic in name only. The top aroma is refreshing with ginjo aroma and acidity 🍎. It has a strong sense of gas while being fire-aged. It is almost no bitterness, just a delicious acidity. The alcohol is a little low at 14 degrees, which also makes it light and easy to drink. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness are slightly dry. Fine sake given to me by my uncle-in-law 👏. I got a box of Asahi Sake Brewery in the mail and opened it to find Manju 🙌 I haven't had Manju in ages 🙌! It's a raw sake, I guess the reason it has 30ml more than a bottle is to make it harder to lose the gassiness. Good ginjo aroma, fresh gassy feeling. It has a thick, umami and alcoholic taste in the mouth, with the polished feel of a daiginjo and a bit of a matured feel. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness is medium. It's not light and dry! Which is fine because it's delicious 😁. I wonder what Manju tastes like now that it's not a nama sake.

Sake from Doi Sake Brewery in Ohimachiya, Kaiun. Fresh and tasty 🍶. Delicious after the first sip! The gasiness is strong, and the sake is vigorous. The aroma is of summer grassy ginjo aroma. It has a thick flavor of umami acidity and bitterness and a high alcohol content that makes it sharp. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness are medium. It has both a thick taste and a spicy taste with high alcohol content👍. Went to Iwata Yamaha Stadium for the first time on a GW day trip. On the way home, I bought this at Yamaya Sake Shop near Fukuroi City Hall. The owner was quite a habitual customer as I saw in Google reviews beforehand, but not so much if you are prepared for it. Buy again this year, Sono Kangiku Ocean99 Kukai Fresh and fruity ginjo aroma with a strong fragrance. The gasiness is quite strong and the silver paper on the back of the bottle is dented again this year. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The sweetness and spiciness are medium. It's been a while since I've had an instrument Masamune. Has the green label been around for a while? I bought it. Dewa Tsanzan, Junmai Ginjyo Speck Hi-ire. The gasiness is strong even though it is hi-ire. The top aroma is a fresh grape ginjo aroma. The sweetness and spiciness is medium. The balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness makes it a delicious umamama. 😋😋😋😋 It's a modern style with more acidity than Takijiman JP, it's an adult rice juice 😆. I can't tell the difference in the sake rice though 😎. 2982 yen without tax

This is my first time drinking Takihitama😊This is a good food sake! The ginjo aroma is gentle but strong. Slightly gassy and fresh! Medium sweetness and dryness, medium body with a strong umami flavor and a slight bitterness that gives it a sharp edge. 😋😋😋😋 The aroma is nice and clean. Compared to the Masamune, which we are drinking in parallel, the acidity is not so strong. It is also a special junmai that is not labeled even though it is 55% polished. 2,600 yen 👍 excluding tax.

This is Jungin Tanrei Dry 🍶. The ginjo aroma is gorgeous. The sweetness is dry with a light body and excellent sharpness with a little umami from the rice. Delicious cold 😋😋😋😋. Excellent with sashimi and sushi. 2338 yen without tax plus Tama City au PAY 20% back campaign makes it the strongest cospa👍. A light, dry sake of reliable quality available at supermarkets. The shape of the bottle is a straight line design that differs from the usual one square bottle. I wonder if it represents the sharpness. However, it is difficult to hold. When I held the neck of the bottle with one hand and tried to pour, it was difficult to put strength into it. I realized once again the perfection of the curved design of the usual Ippon bottles.

Tasyu Yamahai👍 Fresh and slightly gassy. I compared it with a fast brewed Jungin Akita Sake Komachi I had saved. Oh! I knew they were both Tasake. Fresh! Shuwa🫧 delicious sake🍶. I was able to get a bottle of active light cloudy Kangiku Ocean99 Nagi that I thought I had missed out on 😊. Strong gasiness with bubbles arriving inside the glass, very fruity ginjo aroma. Slightly sweet. Still, it is easy to drink with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness. It's the kind you can gobble up. 😋😋😋😋 Even after the gassiness is gone, it is easy to drink again and you can taste the good balance of sweetness, umami acidity and bitterness. Price: 3,200 yen (excluding tax) Ocean99 is still a god of cospa👍.

Junmai sake at 30% discount from anywhere else 🍶. I bought a bottle of Jungin at the same time and it had aged a bit, but I'm not so sure about this one. When you open the bottle, you can see small bubbles forming in the bottle, indicating that the bottle has been fired to lock in a fresh, slightly gassy sensation. The sweetness is slightly dry. Umami, a little sourness, bitterness, and classic miscellaneous flavors. The sharpness is good. However, a little bit of old aroma makes me feel that the taste is probably out of balance since it was bottled. Yes, this one is old too. But it is a good sake for a meal because it has a solid quality and is deliciously dry. It is good lukewarm 😋😋. The price is good for a 70% polished rice. You can tell it was brewed with good rice and a lot of time and effort. 30% discount from 1815 yen including tax plus Tama City au PAY 20% back campaign.
