Milky delicious sake with a slightly good ginjo aroma. The sweetness and spiciness are medium. Sake has a beautiful sake quality, but with a nigori unrefined feel. 😋😋😋😋 No gassy feeling. This is a limited edition from Koyama Shoten, mixing nigori from daiginjo to honjozo. Ding nigori sake 🍶 instead of rice for dinner. The Kikuhime nigori was sold out, so we chose this one, the lowest priced of the three, which the waiter told us were the current fire-brewed nigori: Dawn Mae, Koigawa, and Ding. I usually pass over small bottles with cloth labels because of their high price, but I bought this one because it was a 1.5 liter bottle and the pop-up said it was "great as a food sake"! It has a gentle mouthfeel with a balance of umami acidity and bitterness. The aroma is a little ginjo with a nice, understated fragrance. It is a modern food sake with a little acidity. The sake gods gave me this opportunity, so I opened the bottle to compare drinks before I finished Sake Mirai! The bottle was opened with a bang, and the gasiness was strong. It has a gorgeous and fruity ginjo aroma. The sweetness and spiciness is medium with a balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Fresh and modern balance. As expected of Jikin! Beautiful and perfect balance! A perfect food sake! But what's the difference between this and Sake Mirai? They are both delicious, but what's the difference? Can't you tell? 💦. And from here, when I compared it with Sake Mirai, Sake Mirai has almost no miscellaneous taste or the classical delicious bitterness of sake. The rice was more polished and clearer and juicier. Also, Sake Mirai, the bottle is smaller (💦). Sake Mirai's Jikin characters are silver and reflect the light beautifully✨. 3,000 yen 👍 excluding tax.

The God of alcohol is watching what I do. Maybe. In February, I was hospitalized for donation of hematopoietic stem cells through the bone marrow bank. On the day I was discharged from the hospital, I was on my way home when I received a call from Koyama Shoten informing me that the reserved bottle of brewer's kuheiji nigori had arrived. After returning home, I went to pick up the Kuheiji, thinking that there might be more rare sake on weekdays than on weekends, although my body felt a little heavy. ...... Jigen Sake Mirai was on sale! Thus, Pi-tama went home with a bottle of Kuheiji Nigori and a bottle of Jigin Sake Mirai. Chan chan. But there was more to the story. The next time we went to Koyama Shoten, we got a bottle of Imi. The next time I went to Koyama Shoten, I had a bottle of Imi White and a bottle of Jikin Tokusen Sei. 3 times I bought the lineup in the picture and Imi White. The strength of the pull is scary 😱. I must continue to do good deeds 😋. The taste is delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 Fresh and gassy. Fresh and gassy, with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. I bought it because of Igarashi who plays the heroine's lover in the rerun of the morning drama Kamu Kamu Everybody 🍶(For those of you who don't know, you have no idea what I'm talking about.) Good luck, Kan-chan! Don't go to Tokyo without Hinata! It has a strong gaseous taste. Aroma: melon and summer grass 🌱Ginjo aroma Medium sweetness and dryness, with a little bit of umami, sourness, bitterness, and matured taste. Delicious with a vivid contrast of umami, moderate bitterness and high alcohol content. 😋😋😋😋 It is brewed with Jusui, and has a slightly different nuance from the Igarashi I've had before. But it is definitely Igarashi. I cheered after drinking it, but Hinata and Kan-chan...Kan-chan. I wish it would have worked out with Hinata. Hinata's childhood scene at the riverside in Kyoto Rui: Mommy, look at you! The scene where Joe talks to his old best friend at a jazz cafe about reinventing himself as a musician Tommy: Whatever. You brought me all the way to Okayama to talk about it? Joe: (laughs) I'm really sorry. There are some great scenes scattered throughout this classic drama 😭

It has been a long time since I've had it, even though it's a regular sake. It has a sweet ginjo aroma on the nose. It has a sweet and spicy flavor with a hint of maturity and aroma. 😋😋😋😋 It has been left in the fridge for a long time, so it is not old, but matured. My dad brought it to me when he visited 🍶.

Continuation of the farewell party. After Jikin, we had Sono Kangiku Ocean99 pink. I asked if they had any Jyushidai other than the Honmaru on the menu, and they said yes, and the one that came out was the Nakatori Unfiltered 😊. We all drank it together, thinking in our hearts that it was the one we drank the last time we won the lottery at Koyama Shoten. 😋😋😋😋 It also had a slight gassy feeling. At a farewell party at work. It was my first time to go to this restaurant, even though it is a 15-minute walk from my house. The restaurant mainly serves home-cooked food and drinks are sake from Koyama Shoten. The first drink was Rokubun Sen recommended by the master. The second glass was Jikin Jungin. Mie Yamadanishiki Nama-Uma-Yamai 😋😋😋😋 Slightly sweet sake. The picture shows a small sip, but they pour it in glasses. I think it was about 1100 yen for the Jikin Jungin (I was at a drinking party and had to pay by the glass).

Modern balanced delicious sake 🍶. This is the first time for me to try Tasake's Yamadanishiki red label! Fresh and floral ginjo aroma 🍎. Slightly gassy, with a medium sweetness/slightly sweetness?
