The aroma is sweet with a mixture of ginjo aroma and classic unrefined aroma. The sweetness is slightly sweet, with a slight bitterness and umami. It is a medium-bodied, solid food sake with classic umami and bitterness. There is no gasiness. It is not the latest trend. However, after the second day, it becomes familiar to the tongue and the sake goes down quite well. It is a sweet sake, but you can also taste the spiciness. It has a strong, bold flavor, so you can add a few drops of kabosu for a sour or a pinch of grated ginger for chilled tofu for a cocktail that changes the flavor a little 😋😋😋😋. Kabosu and sudachi go very well with cold sake👍 This is actually my first time to try Haramine no Izumi. It is a Koyama Shoten project, so it is prominently displayed at Koyama Shoten, but there were surprisingly few comments about it, so I wondered what it tasted like and if it was good. I was a bit of a mystery. I think it used to be brewed with edible rice produced in Tama City, but before I knew it, it had become Gohyakumangoku. And it looks like this year will be the last brewing due to the farmer's old age and retirement. Haramine no Izumi is also going to end this year. As a citizen of Tama, I had to try it! I bought a bottle. It was priced at 2,400 yen without tax. The price has not been raised. Sake rice produced in Tokyo is rare, and this year is probably the last year for rice produced in Tama City.

Fresh juicy delicious 🐎😋😋😋😋 I found a five star and bought my first Takemichy 🍶. Aroma: Fresh and lush ginjo aroma! Gasiness is strong and bubbles in the glass. The first sip felt sweet on the palate. I think it is because of the preconceived notion of Cho Oroku and its umami flavor. Is the sweetness and spiciness slightly dry? Fresh and juicy with a balance of umami acidity and bitterness, aroma and gasiness. 😋😋😋😋😋 This is a version of Cho-Oroku's 5-star sweet and spicy, from dry to more like medium. The result is a great success🍶. I think it will increase the sweet and tasty component and increase the five-flavor component that can be tasted 😊. The technique of making the Cho Oroku and the Jouki is amazing. Both are delicious 🍶😋. 4992 yen without tax I prefer the gassy one.

Classic type of delicious dry junmai🍶. Shizuoka Souvenir #2 Purchased at Yagi Sake Shop in Atami City. The owner recommended it to me. It is a brand of a large wholesaler in Shizuoka. I took a sip and was surprised to find that it was a classic type of sake. Since it was recommended by the owner, I had imagined it to be a trendy one. However, it was deliciously dry. It has a nice classic aroma and bitterness. It is dry but has the umami of rice. The umami flavor extends a little when it is heated up. However, the best recommendation for this season is to drink it cold 🍶. It has a slight acidity, which can be appreciated well. No ginjo aroma, but the classic aroma goes well with shiny food 😋😋. 2091 yen without tax I like it better than Fuji Takasago Shuzo's Junmai Ginjo I drank before in terms of the balance with the price.

OCEAN99 series fall 🍶. Ocean99 is still the best cosmetic sake 👏👏👏👏👏. Compared to the new sake and the summer sake, the taste is definitely more cohesive and more umami! The fragrance is full of gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the umami is well balanced with a certain umami flavor and a good acidity and bitterness. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness is medium.
