Umami and dry sake Purchased in advance when I heard it was going to be featured on NHK👍. Opened the bottle before watching the program. It looks dark yellow with a hint of brown. The aroma is just like that of a pure rice sake. No ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor with some bitterness and sharpness. The sweetness is on the dry side. Classic food sake. 😋😋😋😋 Probably matured to some extent before shipping. It tastes best when slightly heated 😋. Watch the show, they brew it while singing.... Tatsuya Ishikawa, the toji, is a non-firing injection master. The more I learned about the story, the more delicious it became 😆. 3,400 yen without tax

There is almost no acidity, but the sake is clear and crisp with no sweetness. It is sweet and easy to drink, so the sake goes down well. Sweet and delicious junmai daiginjo👍 Sweet ginjo aroma from the top aroma 💐. The ginjo aroma is quite pleasant! Sweet-ish fresh slightly bitter and sharp in the mouth. There is a clear mild daiginjo flavor, but also a balance of sweetness and aroma that you can tell it's an Imi and the spiciness of 17 degrees alcohol. 😋😋😋😋 The sense of gas is weak. It is the weakest among all the Hakubi I have had. I learned from the label after I got home that it is a rare sake brewed only in the Olympic year. Slightly fruity and deliciously warmed sake 🍶. It's a busy season for new sake and heated sake. The next heated sake is yours! and bought it. Slightly ginjo aroma of banana and melon. The sweetness is dry, but you can taste the umami. Heating up the sake increases the aroma and alcohol stimulation with a little ripe fruit nuance👍. The ripe fruitiness is less pronounced than the Kutouryuu heated sake, but it's not as tiring to drink 😋😋😋😋. 2350 yen without tax

Pitama Buy it at 30% discount from anywhere else 🍶. I found a sake with a familiar family crest in the "special offer" section. It was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which I bought and enjoyed in Hokkaido the year before last! I bought it after confirming that it was made in June 2011. The aroma was fresh with a hint of ginjo. I took a sip and wondered what it was. It has a slightly sweet taste with a hint of gas and a bitter taste that is sharp. It is totally different from the last time I drank it. There is no balance of umami and acidity. There is a little old aroma and taste. I wonder if the umami acidity has turned into the old flavor and the balance of the flavors has gone wrong 😋😋. 3 off 2618 yen including tax ✖️ Tama City au PAY20%. Well, I guess it's not a loss 😅 I deleted the earlier one and checked in again 🙏 because it seems the check-in brand was wrong.

Slightly sweet with a good balance of umami acidity and bitterness. 😋😋😋😋 After purchasing it last November, I sometimes keep it at room temperature due to the convenience of my refrigerator, but I don't know how it affects me since it's winter, as expected of Kinmochi 🏅Tasake's balance and sharpness 😊. It's still new sake season and I want to drink an active nigori 💁 and this is the one I got. I looked at my check-in history and saw that I bought it 6 months ago in the summer ☀️ It's Shiki Brewing. The sweetness and spiciness is medium. The alcohol content is 17%, which makes it even drier. The ginjo aroma is fresh, and the aroma and flavor of the sake must. Good balance of umami and bitterness, medium body shuwa shuwa kire😋😋😋😋 It is also great lukewarm after the gassiness has worn off. 2700 yen without tax

I was lucky enough to come across Jikin Jun Dai ✨ in December. First time I've seen Jikin Jun Dai! 1 Yukichi 💴. The space for a bottle in the fridge is full. But I had no choice but to buy it! The fruity ginjo aroma smells great: ☺️ Slightly gassy and fresh! Slightly sweet with a good balance of umami and acidity. No cloying taste, less juicy than jungin, but with a pleasantness that can only be achieved by junodai with a higher polish, and sake cups are always ready for another sip and another sip. Even after the gassiness is gone, it is even sweeter and more delicious 🐎🐎. Newly established brewery in the neighboring city of Hachioji. I was able to drop by at the right time when I passed by near Hachioji Station. There is no sake brewery in the city adjacent to Tama City where I live, so I had high expectations. Thick, modern flavor 🍶. The aroma is fresh ginjo aroma of summer grass and cooked rice. Thick delicious acidity and moderate bitterness. Slightly sweet and spicy. It is also pungent and delicious. 😋😋😋😋 The gasiness is subtle. The alcohol content seems higher than the website's 16%. 3,000 yen without tax The price is high for a four-pack bottle with 59% polished rice. However, although it is a small brewery, the fashionable storefront and bottle shape, the method of selling unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted sake in bottles upon order, and the use of rice and water produced in Hachioji, all add value to its survival in a region with a large population but no sake breweries.

By the way, I have been drinking Jikin since the end of last year. When I was lucky enough to get a bottle, I felt as if all the hard work I had put in over the past year had been rewarded 😊. It has a fruity aroma and an easy-drinking balance of umami acidity and bitterness. The gasiness is a bit strong and the sweetness and spiciness are medium. Really well balanced and good 😋😋😋😋 From my average image of Jikin, this Hachitan-Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Nama is a bit gassy and slightly light-bodied with a bit of a refreshing taste. First sake hot 🍶 in my life To the waitress lady at my neighborhood Kushikatsu Tanaka, I'll have a hot sake 👩? I want it heated up 👩? My wife, from the side, asked me if I could have it warmed up 👩Checked the screen while operating the ordering terminal and said it was hot 😊. My wife and I also 😊. The hot sake that came out was even hotter than hot sake. It was delicious sake, but I learned that there is a temperature higher than the proper temperature. I'm sure it was just a rookie or a temporary part-timer, but I'm surprised that people who work in bars don't know the word "heated"! I guess not many people order heated sake at Kushikatsu Tanaka Tama Center even though it's the cold season! It's Tama Center Station on the Tama Urban Monorail, not Tama Chuo Station on the Tama Urban Monorail. The last time I asked for lukewarm sake, the waitress was there in between and typed in hot for me... It was the first time in my life that I had hot sake, which warmed my body but made me think about many things. 270 yen with a drink pass.

Red Kikyo Shiboritate by Kafuda Sake About a third of the way into the bottle, there is a slight gas, fresh junodai with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a good acid-bitter balance. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness are medium. Tasake's special jun. Iron plate fruity food sake with fruity ginjo aroma and balance of umami acid bitterness😋😋😋☺️ No gassiness. Slightly dry in sweetness and spiciness. I wonder if Jyushidai will be sold out by the end of the year. I guess everyone likes it.

Koyama Shoten 200 check-in! Everyday is a big deal 😉. Now, the rice. Refreshing firm ginjo aroma. Fresh gasiness is strong. In cold sake, it is sharp with a dry feeling that comes with a kernel, acidity, and bitterness. It is dry with impressive acidity. At room temperature, it is delicious with a little bit of umami and a strong sense of alcohol with a delicious acidity and bitterness. 😋😋😋😋 I prefer it cold or chilled. It has a gaseous taste that can only be experienced with new sake. The aroma and the alcohol taste is very strong and stimulating to the tongue. 2700 yen without tax
