I purchased this sake at the Goryonokura store in Hakodate, which I visited last week on a trip to Hokkaido. This sake is from Goryonokura, a sake brewery in Hakodate of the Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery. I drank it in a sake cup that I bought as a souvenir at Kitaichi Glass in Otaru. The sake tasted delicious and was easy to drink. 1980 yen

I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle. I found a quirky bottle in a store, so I bought it following the lead of my perverted spirit. The name of the bottle was "Kinshi Seiten. There are a lot of mysteries about it, including the brand name, but after finding the brewery's website, I found out that it was an active nigori. I drank it without much expectation, What is this? It's so delicious. It is one of the best sake I have had this season. I think the key to its flavor is its slightly sweet and well-balanced taste. The retro-inspired label and the old-fashioned description are also a favorite of me and the military police who live inside me. The taste has not changed at all after 3 days. It's brilliant! I can only say. I don't know when I will be able to find it again, I would like to buy it again 10/10 even through the mail-order.

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
