I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

So, the realization comes. Round rice profile, apple, peach, pineapple: fruit but without much sweetness. Velvety. Umami medium. Very much so, 7/10.

It's like a light sweet, fruity mass. It is a sake that is in the easy-drinking zone, and if you are not careful, you can drink it quickly (and for the price), which is very dangerous. It is very tasty, but not at a price you can easily afford.

I love Sentori's Snowman, and this is the one he recommended to me. Nothing to say, I love it ♡ The cloudiness is a little darker than the snowman. The label is too cute!

The label is distinctive and stylish. Also, I was just drinking a 13% alcohol drink. I thought it would be interesting to compare them, so I bought it! A collaboration with Motox, a wine importer and distributor. The alcohol content is about the same as wine, so I guess the concept is that it is just like wine. Despite the low alcohol content, it has a nice ginjo aroma. The ginjo aroma is nice. The taste is fruity and delicious. Although there is a little lack of something... but this is the one that gave me a good impression. Rice: Koji rice: Yamadanishiki / Kake rice: Saito no Shizuku (both from Yamaguchi prefecture) Polishing ratio 55 Sake Degree -3 Acidity 1.6 Alcohol content 13%. Taste 3.9

☆ 3.5 Sour-sweet grain soda First comes a citrus-like sourness. sweetness and gas with a lactic acid-like flavor Finally, there was a grain-like flavor. It is low in alcohol content and has no sake-like taste, but it was very interesting.
