I bought this sake as a souvenir from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The owner did not recommend it, but I bought it because of its name and appearance. It is a pure sake, so it is not crystal clear and leaves a strong aftertaste, but that is what makes it so good. But it is good. (How can I say it is like a "Kaimo" shochu?). It is easy to drink because of its refreshing taste.

The taste is sake, but it is doburoku, but somewhat mellow. The graininess of amazake. Next to sparkling, this is my favorite one. It seems to go well with cream cheese or something.

Strong rice flavor. Gentle taste. It is easy to drink because it does not give a strong taste. It is easy to drink because it doesn't come on too strong. The waiter said it was dry, but I felt it was sweet.
