It's a label buy! LOL!
It had a nice aroma, just the right amount of acidity, and was easy to drink. A few days after opening the bottle, it was mellower and I personally prefer it to just after opening the bottle!
I would buy it again if I come across it again!
It's refreshingly delicious 😋.
Miho is probably new to me, but I imagined it would be more gentle, but it had a strong core and I even felt it was spicy.
I would definitely drink it again 😋.
Tasted at Keima Kamaboko store during a trip to Onomichi.
It has a strong umami flavor and tastes good, but it is also refreshing, sweet, and easy to drink.

It tastes so good, I would recommend it!
Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga.
This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki.
The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
