キラタソ
Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga.
This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki.
The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
