It is also called "PB Sake of the Holy Land It was hard to find a good time to buy it. I was finally able to purchase a bottle of my favorite Yamada's Tokujun! It was a great sake with excellent specs and good value for money 😋.

First time in Mashiki✨ I first saw Maki at an izakaya in Matsumoto. The special distributors are limited. I wonder where they sell it 🤣. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki🌾. Less sweet than Genmai and Kawanakajima, It is less sweet than Genmai and less sweet than Kawanakajima, and has a refreshing taste overall. I think it might be my favorite of all the Sake Sengano 😍. The next day, we entered the Century Ride in Matsumoto ↔︎ Hakuba. Rode 160k round trip in stormy ⛈️ & cloudy ☁️ weather 🚴‍♀️ The Shinshu miso rice balls we had at the aid point were super delicious. The onigiri (rice ball) I had at the aid point was super tasty 😋.

Bottom of the bottle. Not much aroma. When you take a sip, gulp, nectar and smooth syrup. White flowers and a little spicy aroma like yomeishu. The umami spreads slowly, The final taste is tightened by a light sourness and bitterness. It has a rich umami taste. It goes well with sweet soy sauce and yuzu peel. Taste 2.5/5

Junmai Ginjo🍶. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 1 First cup of Banikuman🐴 near Nagano station. Dark. Gorgeous✨ Fruity. Sweet umami. Tempered by the sourness of the eggplant plum 🍆. Thanks for your comment, Jay & Nobby 😊The name of the restaurant is "Speaking of Nagano", but I'm not sure if people in Nagano think so too 😅, but I was able to pair various parts of the horse meat with Nagano sake and it was delicious ✨.

The second glass was also from Nagano, Maki. It seems to be from the same brewery as Kawanakajima and Kawanakajima Genmai, but I didn't expect to have this one first😅. This one is fruity and tastes like lactic acid. It was delicious! Do they often have Nagano sake in other places? It seems like every time I come here I drink Nagano sake 🤔 lol

Sweet and tasty fresh sake! 🍶 The bottle was opened with a strong gassy feeling! The top aroma is a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma. It is sweet and delicious in the mouth. The aroma is also gorgeous🌹. There is almost no acidity, but the sake is clear and crisp with no sweetness. It is sweet and easy to drink, so the sake goes down well. Even if it loses its gasiness, it is still sweet and tasty and has a sharp taste👍. 3190 yen without tax Recently, I have not seen Kawanakajima Genmai at Koyama Shoten, so I bought it and it was a great decision. 🙆‍♂️

We stumbled upon it at a tavern. Although I had never tasted this sake before, I was impressed from the first sip. It has a fruity, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo taste that is on par with the HIROKI and SHINMASA class. According to the owner of the izakaya, this sake is made by a brewery in Kawanakajima, and only two breweries distribute it, so the availability is limited. A search of mail order sites failed to turn up any. A nice encounter.
