パーム農家
Junmai Ginjo of Aizu Shikon using white malted rice. It has a fresh aroma like muscat. The palate is filled with a refreshing acidity derived from the white malted rice. The sweetness is moderate and very refreshing. If we were greedy, we would like it to be a little more sake-like. Well, since the theme of Aizu Shikon is "challenge," it is thought that the sake-like flavor is kept to a minimum. Both Nagurayama and Aizu-Shikon are delicious, but Aizu-Shikon is not so common in Tokyo.
