My first nigorizake. It smells like grapefruit and tastes like Calpis soda. It's a sweet and sour strange drink⁉️It's also dangerous because of its low alcohol content. But it was very tasty😃💡.

I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔.
It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️
Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅
It's very unusual.
I've tasted it somewhere before but can't remember where 😥.
It's a daiginjo so it has a clean aftertaste.
But to be honest, it wasn't my favorite taste 😥.
I wonder what other Hiraizumi tastes like❓
