早速買ってまいりました。
この時期限定の生酒で最近流行りの白麹でも紅麹でもなく黒麹を使っているそうです。
上立ち香はほんのりイチゴのシロップ🍓のような甘い香り。
口に含むと綺麗な酸味に透明感のある甘味と旨味。
仄かな甘味を感じながらスッとキレていく感じ。
池亀のお酒は2本目ですが、ここのお酒は透明感をすごく感じますね。
美味しかったです🍶✨🐢
