What's been making the rounds lately? Sake from the Yukawa Sake Brewery.
I don't like to buy Shiboritate, but since we live in such a world (what kind of world is this? lol), I bought a few bottles.
So I opened the bottle and drank it right away. It's so good, isn't it?
Today is the fourth day after opening the bottle.
Even though it has settled down, it still tastes good without being twisted.
It's good.
Sake from Kiso, whether it is Kisoji, Nanasho, or Nakanori-san, it somehow fits my body.

The brewer of Kuroemon XVI. Although the series is different, the taste is similar.
Due to the low milling ratio, the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt.

Sake in God's Chart
I wanted to drink it.
But by the time I record this, I don't remember anything else.
I'm disappointed that I only have the impression that I drank something I longed for, so I'm going to drink it again!
