section of the Nakasendo
Slightly effervescent. Delicious with a refreshing sweetness and fruitiness. The taste is firm even when the temperature rises. The label seems to change with the seasons.
At Sake Brewery YUKAWA. A bar attached to a sake brewery. Ladder from Masumi.
A place where you can drink sake while chatting directly with Kuroemon XVI. He said he was thinking of assuming the name, but decided not to because of the difficulties involved in registering his family name and so on. It's a male name.
The sake brewery has won many awards in the prefecture, nationally, and internationally, but it was worth going for a drink to feel close to the side of the family business that they are working hard on.
Today was the first anniversary of the bar's opening, and I won a small bottle of sake in a raffle. I was so happy.

Sweet honey apple sweetness. It's good! Nice matured taste. I like that the sweet honey is not too strong. Gentle sweetness. A little custard sweetness. 94 points

Nagano business trip! I'll be there without fail. ✍️
I went to "Kirishina Soba Restaurant" for lunch.
I had another local sake at "Kirishina Soba Restaurant" where we went for lunch.
I drank it without knowing if it was dry or not.
What the heck! It's a hit 🎯 dry!
Anyway, it has a nice sharpness! Refreshing ⛰️
I drank it so fast (on a business trip!)!
Nagano's local sake might be my type 🙄.
I saw a great view of Mt. Ontake: ☺️
Night in Kisodani🌉.
Kisoji fresh stored sake🍶.
We drank again today.
But don't worry🙆
Because I drank Hyakusomaru!
A great town with a great selection of sake and drugs👍
Nagano sake has not been around recently, but I popped it on the Internet.
My favorite is Kisoji hiyaoroshi from Kuroemon XVI's brewery.
Modern! I was surprised because Kuroemon XVI was so modern while expressing the deliciousness of the sake,
I was looking forward to seeing how punchy the local version would be. It is very easy to drink.
For the first time, I could smell the aroma of banana in sake.
Two customers ahead of me
They left the restaurant shortly after I visited.
A young man was running the restaurant by himself.
We had a nice chat for a while.
He apologized for not having enough sake for the day.
He apologized and said that he would have a lot of sake in stock tomorrow.
But there were a few sakes I was interested in, so I decided to have them!
Waka asked me if I had drunk this one!
Kisoji
I looked it up on Sake-no-Wa and found that I had had a Yamahai Junmai Hiyahoroshi once before, but this time it was Junmai Hiyahoroshi!
He quietly told me that it was the sake that was voted the best by the participants at a recent Nihon Meimon Sake Kai event!
When I poured it into the glass, it was a bit acidic.
I thought it would have a strong acidity, but it's very refreshing and easy to drink.
I'm sure everyone would have chosen it!
Before the dishes we ordered were served, we were served oshinko (Japanese pickles) earlier in the day, so let's take our time while eating these!

I bought this sake because I felt that a sake made with Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture suited my palate.
The aroma was gorgeous, the flavor was strong, and it was very satisfying.
This is only the third sake I have had, so I will actively buy more when I find other sake made from Nagano Hitogokochi.
I am completely addicted to fall sake today.
This is my first sake, attracted by the cool label.
Yukawa Sake Brewery, the closest sake brewery to the stars in Japan🌟Oh, nice ❗️
I wondered if it is a fire-aged autumn sake, can it be served at room temperature? So I opened the bottle when it was back to room temperature. I was surprised to see gas! I was surprised to see gas 🫢.
The mouthfeel was also gassy, with a green apple-like flavor, sweetness, and umami.
I wondered if it would be better to refrigerate the gassy one. I put it back in the fridge, but it was very tasty with a freshness followed by a lingering umami flavor 😋.
The freshness was followed by a lingering umami flavor. I felt that the freshness became a hidden flavor.
I felt that it would taste better at room temperature. I feel that it tastes better at room temperature, so I'll leave it in the autumn air again ^_^.
Good evening Nanka Yokai 😃.
Congratulations on your first Nagano sake 🍶 at your first Kisoji ㊗️🎉.
We would like to try Kisoji too 😋 but we haven't had the chance 🥲It looks delicious 😚.
