I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it.
Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo.
I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨.
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice.
It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off.
The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

After getting off the ferry, we went on a bus tour of castles.
Since I didn't have a car to drive, I was ready to drink, but the only chance I had to drink was a glass of raw sake at lunch 😂.
At the last minute, 5 minutes before the meeting, I found a souvenir shop selling coins and had a drink 🤣 A little sweet, only 30ml, but it was my first Fukuoka sake and it filled up the map 😁.
The photo is of Kokura Castle, the only one of the three castles we visited that has a castle tower.
