Delicious!
Today, Misuzu from Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture ❗️ its Jungin Oorigarami raw ❗️❗️
When stable, a white ooze accumulates at the bottom. The entire bottle is clear, but when shaken and mixed, it turns light white. The aroma is fresh and sweet.❗️ When you take a sip, there is a raw tingling sensation on the tongue, followed by a slight bitterness.❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink.⭕️
sake for the first time
I wonder if it's ok to use raw ogara-mi.
Almost sparingly drinkable.
The bitterness is quite strong, dry and cohesive.
The flavor itself was strong and powerful for a short time.
I would drink this again.
Cleaning up the water system, because I worked hard on it. I came here to drink.
Sake is delicious after a hard day's work.
It has a full-bodied flavor, and then it just goes down smoothly. It's so good!
Sake from Senma, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture
I bought it thinking it might be a little habitual type.
I bought it because it was cheap and had a golden cap shul (lol).
Generally, those with golden capsules have a little bit of a habit, don't they? I mean, the kind of sake that tastes like old-fashioned sake.
Opened the bottle. The taste is as expected. The alcohol content is a little low, and it was served lukewarm.
Yes, wine capsules are supposed to be capsules, cap seals.
I don't know why I learned to say capschill...that was 25 years ago.

Gentle rice face ☺️
The flavor seems to change easily in proportion to changes in temperature.
I didn't know the rice or milling ratio, but it felt strange in many ways💦.
It goes well with hijiki stew and grilled mackerel❤.
