I knew it was different from the Misuzu candy made in Ueda, but I thought it was sweet and was surprised by its sourness. It's not that it's extremely sour. It's just that it's more than I expected.
It went very well with my meal. It leaves only an impression on the palate, so it was very easy to drink without disturbing the food 😊.
It has a solid acidity and umami flavor, and feels like a Nagano sake!
It has a freshness that does not make you tired of drinking and is powerful enough to be enjoyed with any kind of food.

This year's Misuzu is an ambitious blend of Miyamanishiki and Omachi unfiltered raw sake!
It has an apple-like nose with a strong impression of acidity along with a robust flavor spread by Omachi. The crisp and refreshing aftertaste is typical of Miyamanishiki.
It is an interesting discovery that Miyamanishiki and Omachi, two sake rice varieties at opposite ends of the spectrum, are surprisingly in harmony with each other!
Good evening, YSTJ😃.
I haven't had Misuzu yet 🥲 but I would love to have a front row seat to the gorgeous feast of Miyamanishiki and Omachi 🤗I would love to drink it 😋.
Ikusakaya Shinshu Secret Sake HanpukaiAroma like green apple with a hint of sourness.
Sweetness and umami with a voluminous mouthfeel.
The label evokes the image of "Fifteen Nights".

A blend of Miyamanishiki and Omachi?
Nama-zake. Green apple type, freshness. Sour and refreshing. Bitterness is a bit harsh. After a while, it becomes soft and citrusy. It is good to cool it down. The taste is mellow and well-balanced.

A blend of Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi or a No. 9 yeast type?
The touch is gentle, which is appreciated. A nice mid-meal sake with a good amount of convergent acidity.
I drank Misuzu for the first time and it is delicious! LOL!
It has a fresh aroma with a hint of citrus in the melon, a deep autumnal flavor from the soft mouthfeel, and I think there is also a full-bodied sweetness with a bit of pear in the sour grapes 😆!
It's moderately dry and smooth and clear to the finish ✨.
There's a surprising lack of sticking to the tongue, so it feels like you want to gulp it down in your throat even though it's full of flavor 😳.
Too much good sake to drink...!
Hi pepper 😃.
The photo of the golden label shining even brighter is impressive 🤩Misuzu! I think I've never seen it before 🧐That looks like a delicious Nagano sake🍶😙I'd love to try it!
