This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. On the contrary, it has a nice umami taste that comes slowly but surely afterwards! The cut is also very smooth, so it is like a gentle sweet and tasty taste. It's delicious! Honkin Normal Sake Yellow Label 1,800ml Alcohol added sake, koji rice 60%, kake rice 70%. This was purchased when we tasted it at the brewery last November. After six months had passed, the umami flavor seemed to have taken over. I think it was more smooth when it was first shipped. It was stored in a hallway with a refrigerator pan, so we will enjoy it before it gets too hot. I think I like it better when it returns to room temperature than when it is cold.

We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. The location changed and we went to Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022, a local sake event in Hyogo, at Kobe Hankyu. I tasted a regular product, a draft version. I had tasted the hi-ire version before, so I wondered what the draft version was like. It was easier to drink than the hi-ire version, but not to my taste. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.

The only place I can think of that uses Nojoho is Okutanba. The overall impression is gentle and the taste comes slowly. It looks like wood, grass, or herb. It also has a classy atmosphere. The sake here is not my favorite, but when I find it, I buy it for some reason.

I bought it at the Aeon system big. This is the first time I've had an Aomori sake. It's sweet but easy to drink. It's delicious. I'm happy to pay about 1,000 yen for a 720ml bottle.

Aomori's sake is hard to find locally🥺 I thought I'd have to go out of the prefecture or poke around, but my wife bought some at a department store that the clerk recommended. It's a limited edition sake made by Momokawa, a sake brewery near Hachinohe, using "Mashigura" rice grown in Oirase town and fermented at low temperature for a long time. When we drank it chilled, my wife and I said, "Wow, this is delicious 😆 ". Fruity, light and elegantly sweet😍. It's similar to the Mimuro Sugi's Grazie Airdio that we drank recently. It's easy to drink, even though it's over 17 degrees alcohol. There are many other good sakes in Aomori 👏 besides Denshu, Hassen and Toyoupai.

I bought it because of the cool bottle, the lettering, and the phrase "cold brewed, Shiboritate limited edition"! It's a freshly squeezed new sake that's only available once a year 💓. Right after opening the bottle, it's super fresh ⚡️I'd say it's light and dry, but still nenne and not enough 😅. On the second day, the richness comes out. On the third day or so, I think the sweet aroma finally started to stand out ✨But by that time I only had one more batch left 🤣. The result was a type that was hard to open, but I enjoyed it 🕺🎵.
