The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home.
