先月池亀を飲んで黒兜も飲んでみたいなー🙄なんて投稿をしていたのですが、次の日の青山三河屋のインスタに黒兜入荷の告知が😂 早速買ってまいりました。 この時期限定の生酒で最近流行りの白麹でも紅麹でもなく黒麹を使っているそうです。 上立ち香はほんのりイチゴのシロップ🍓のような甘い香り。 口に含むと綺麗な酸味に透明感のある甘味と旨味。 仄かな甘味を感じながらスッとキレていく感じ。 池亀のお酒は2本目ですが、ここのお酒は透明感をすごく感じますね。 美味しかったです🍶✨🐢

Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

The beautiful kaleidoscope-like label is impressive. The taste is sweet with a hint of bitterness at the end. It is refreshing and crisp, but the screw was unusually hard to open, so I think it should be improved. The Junmai Unfiltered Nama-jyu I drank at the end of the year was cheaper and much tastier. I don't know if it's because they use Miyamanishiki, but it tastes a little like the Jokigen I had the other day. A bit 🍇ish.

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. Although there is a tangy alcoholic stimulation when the sake is first served cold, it has a good balance of sweet, spicy, and bitter tastes, and as the temperature rises, the sweet and umami tastes come out later on. This is a refreshing, yet rich and powerful sake! This is a new brand that was just born 2 years ago, so we will continue to follow it 😋.

Sake made from Fukushima Prefecture's sake rice called Fukunokou 🍶. I thought it would have a strong taste from the logo on the label, but it was surprisingly sweet and delicious 💡. It was very easy to drink as a food sake. 👍️

It's my first time to drink Hiraizumi❗️ I've never had a Junmai Daiginjo from Yamahai 🤔. It doesn't have a fruity aroma❗️ Somewhat spicy aroma and taste😅 It's very unusual. I've tasted it somewhere before but can't remember where 😥. It's a daiginjo so it has a clean aftertaste. But to be honest, it wasn't my favorite taste 😥. I wonder what other Hiraizumi tastes like❓

At home. The first Ehime. Ishizuchi is the number one sake in Ehime. The aroma is a little fruity in the sake, and the mouthfeel is smooth and light. You can also feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice. These are just a few of the sakes that I've had in the last few days, sakes that I would never have encountered otherwise, but that I was able to find by filling in the map of Japan with this sakenowa. It has the same impression as when I drank it before. The aroma of sweet and sour rice......just like the package of the "Purgatory" color, it has a strong presence. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. It's more of a food wine than a drink...I'm enjoying it with Christmas hors d'oeuvres...thanks Purgatory!

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

This Sake is bright and flavorful. There is a sweetness followed by the tartness of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The acidity gives this a short and clean finish. Brilliant! 😁
Junmai-Ginjo sake with 50% polishing ratio This sake is brewed by blending Kyokai 1801 and the original ginjo yeast, Kyokai 901. It has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Delicious! The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. Stylish!

Faint ginjo aroma✨ A sip will leave you with just the right amount of spiciness and sharpness 🥰. This is a food sake, but it has a delicious flavor that doesn't interfere with the ingredients 😌. I rarely drink outside, but this one was delicious 🥰. The disadvantage of drinking it in a restaurant is that you can't taste the flavor immediately after opening the bottle... and you can't tell how it changes the next day or later 😭. The sake I got this time was a bottle and there were only a few bottles left, so there is a high possibility that the taste has changed since the bottle was opened 💧... 💧.
